"Service was rubbish. We had to ask more than once) for the table to be propped up, salt/pepper, chilli oil and even a coating of Parmesan cheese. They weren’t even busy. Worthy of note I’ve been here before) the more experienced maître d was not on duty. My seafood linguine was bereft of both clams scallops, without me being informed the calamari was chewy). I brought it to the waiters attention. He checked inside, presumably with the chef, and he came back and told me “that’s correct, there are no clams or scallops”! Very poor show amateur at best. I got a £4 discount on the bill but clearly this wasn’t the point or indeed any way near adequate. Would I go back? Probably not."

"I am thrilled to have found this restaurant. As an Italian, I was delighted to see a variety of vegan options for dishes that I love. The food is high quality and I was impressed by how well the recipes were executed. The Gorgonzola actually tasted like Gorgonzola, which was amazing! Additionally, the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning."

"Giusi for Mother's Day when we wanted to stay here. Small and cozy restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Service was friendly and efficient. However, food was mixed. Calamari Starter was rubbery and, at nine pounds, not cheap. Spaghetti Bolognese main was quite delicious, with good amount of meaty Bolognese. The calf liver was quite tasteless and sour, with a large amount of caramelized onions above to offer the taste. Mash was smooth. The desert consisted of a pizza with mussels and strawberries, which was delicious. No wine or alcohol, so not able to comment on it. The bill came to seventy five pounds, which we would have expected to pay in a much better restaurant. All in all, Giusi has all the ingredients of a beautiful restaurant, but just falls in quality, and very expensive for what it is. Think the pizza and pasta options are your best bet."

"We had a peaceful early evening at the restaurant with attentive and friendly staff who were happy to accommodate us. The meal was excellent, and the cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. The set menu was fantastic, but I couldn't resist ordering the tasty tiramisu from the main menu for my favorite dessert. We will definitely be returning in the future!"

"This was our third visit to this restaurant this year. It's just an okay place since Leatherhead lacks good dining options, so we often opt for this Italian eatery. This time, I ordered the avocado, tomato, and mozzarella salad, but it lacked flavor. I also had the spaghetti vongole, but it was gritty, so I couldn't finish it. The owner did offer an alternative, but I just didn't feel like eating anymore. My partner ordered pizza, but unfortunately, the crust was not crispy. After paying, we left and don't plan to return."

"Didn't know this place was even there. Very retro looking inside, like an Italian. Don't let that put you off though. Both the food and service were great. Our waitress was really nice and offered us the pre-theatre menu despite it being past time for it. Food arrived quickly and the portion sizes were really generous. After the good food and brilliant service we got another good surprise when the tiny bill arrived. We had three courses each and a bottle of wine for Such good value. We agreed we would definitely visit Azzurro again."

"After a very good afternoon doing the Potter Trail, we came across this wee gem. I was with my Daughter, Son in law and Granddaughter and newly born Grandson. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was to die for. We had a starter of Calamari and Mussles, both were fantastic. I had a calzone pizza which i have to say has been the best i have ever tasted. Compliments from daughter of her pizza and son in law polished his off in no time. Staff were fantastic, on the ball, very friendly and attentive. Would certainly recommend, and we will certainly be back soon."

"Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the food or wine as we left before our table was ready. On arrival we were not acknowledged by any staff, we waited patiently by the door which also seems to be the bar area and despite staff members being in the area no-one smiled or said hello. Eventually some other customers moved through to their table and we had to approach the bar to tell them we were there. We had booked for and by we were still waiting, we hadn't been told that we would have to wait for the table and when we asked what was happening they said our table was being laid. This turned out to be a small round table where people had been sitting next to the toilets. There were of us. I said that was unnacceptable and the hostess' said we could have another table, which was again had just been vacated by a couple and was another small round table. We decided to leave and told them that we were going as no-one had greeted us and they were trying to squeeze us on a tiny table, she said they were busy too busy to smile? I enquired! We left and had a great night at The Red Fort instead. Shame because the food did look really good but the service and hospitality really let them down and we would not have enjoyed the rest of the evening because of our poor initial experience."

"In the afternoon, my friends and I went to a Peaky Blinders themed tea at the restaurant lobby. We found it difficult to see the connection to the PB theme, besides the fact that we were served black tea. We began with a unique cocktail that had an interesting flavor combination. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious cakes that were served. The service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time chatting. Overall, we felt that the experience was worth it."

"The kitchen performance fluctuates between only average and really excellent. The perfectly prepared beef bark. The wine tour didn't convince me. The restaurant recalls a pub, the tables are small and the chairs are not very comfortable. The very high price of almost 200 euros per nose does not seem justified to me. The kitchen can become more consistent and if the restaurant is made even more cozy and more colourful, then the studio Wilma is also worth the price."

"As a family of four, we came in when only a few people were already in the restaurant. We ordered drinks which came up smaller than expected and were not as well described on the menu as they could have been (ie. whether in a small, medium or large glass or other sizing). Then once we ordered, the service was very slow with very little communication as to the status of the meals nor attentiveness throughout. After a long waiting period, we had to ask for an update and eventhough the staff and chef were no distance apart they could not provide an estimated time of serving and gave us a poor reply regardless. However, eventually when the food came up, it was delicious aside from the blue cheese salad which caused one of our family to feel very unwell to the point of nearly being sick. I hope that this is an isolated case but we will not be returning after this experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £70–80 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"
