Worthy of note I’ve been here before) the more experienced maître d was not on duty. My seafood linguine was bereft of both clams scallops, without me being informed the calamari was chewy). I brought it to the waiters attention. He checked inside, presumably with the chef, and he came back and told me “that’s correct, there are no clams or scallops”! Very poor show amateur at best. I got a £4 discount on the bill but clearly this wasn’t the point or indeed any way near adequate. Would I go back? Probably not."

All lovely and friendly; ran smoothly but they seemed understaffed. Waitor was rushed off his feet; but did all he could to make sure all was covered efficiently. However a little more discipline needed on the floor.

Food was delicious and the staff were lovely. The spaghetti vongole was delicious as were both of the sea bass dishes and fabulous portions. We were seated just inside the restaurant but where we could see the hustle and bustle of the outside which was perfect.
