"Our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. It was very quiet, with only about 15 people eating. My colleague and I shared a Tomahawk steak, which ended up being more expensive than we were told. We had to wait 20 minutes for our starters, and then another 50 minutes for our main course. When it finally arrived, we had to send it back to the kitchen to be reheated because it had been sitting out and gotten cold. Our waiter Matteo started off nice but became less helpful once it came time to pay the bill. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which I was considering asking to have removed. Overall, I would not choose to visit this restaurant again."

"Get this pizza ASAP! LolI've ordered delivery from grubhub twice and picked up once. The food is always spot on!I have ordered their white pizza, which is absolutely delicious! We got their Aroma special pizza and added sausage, olives, spinach and tomatoes. OMG! Thee best pizza ever! I tend to eat with my eyes first and presentation is always an A+ with them. Fresh ingredients and they're always offering some sort of discount!Overall the best pizza in town hands down, we plan on trying more items of their menu.Oh, and the carrot cake is to die for! But you didn't hear that from me.. ?"

"The restaurant is situated right in the heart of Leicester Square, which is definitely one of the prime locations in this part of London. You can easily reach Canary Wharf and the city, all the way to Big Ben and beyond. We had a reservation for 3 people, but unfortunately, they couldn't locate our booking. Fortunately, they were able to seat us on a spacious balcony. We had received confirmation from OpenTable and showed it upon our arrival, but they still couldn't find our reservation."

"I discovered this restaurant through Groupon UK and it was a fantastic find. The food was plentiful, tasty, and truly authentic. We enjoyed six courses of delicious dishes! Make sure to try their chili and garlic sauces - they are a must-have."

"Very disappointing all round. I’ve been so impressed by the Chef before lockdown. Delicious appealing dishes full of flavour. We chose not to have alcohol so we could fully taste the food. His vegan menu selection I thought unappealing and far too light for grown up diners who need proper protein balanced vegan food. To enjoy food I need enticing aromas rising from each dish. There were none. I’m not a vegan as I’m 75 and observe that nutritionists advise me to include some animal protein including red meat to provide me with essential nutrients. But I enjoy vegan food… when it’s flavoursome and has gorgeous aromas.. think hot freshly roasted crispy skin of chicken/duck/potatoes/roast onion. I cannot recommend the current menu. Leaving this aside, why is it some French waiters put down their diners? They’ve a reputation for arrogance they deserve on the evidence of my experience here. Most uncomfortable. So all together for the reasons I’ve explained I cannot recommend this restaurant. CH"

"We waited an hour for food that never came. Whilst the restaurant was relatively empty we were stuck on a tiny table. When another dinner arrived she was seated directly next to us, despite 5 other tables in the same area being free. The tables were already close together but to ensure the empty tables had enough space her table was moved closer. So close I was unable to get out! So bad I cancelled the food and left."

"came here for a company. so did not get the full experience, so to speak as it was finger / impromptu buffet eating / service. definitiw a place for when it is wet and cold outside, like its away in the cellar of the building where it is warm and smuggling. the service was efficient and professional. the food we had was good. pretty delicious roasted sandwiches, very good pizza and calamari. it is not a good food, but the menu they would not expect. it is more offered by classic, reliable, working well for lunch. drinks were not too expensive due to its location on mount street. go back and check it out for lunch right in the near future."

"Today I had lunch at this restaurant, even though it is a bit far from my usual area. I came across some small reviews, so I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and veggie with sweet potato for two people. The food was incredibly delicious and flavorful. The vanilla latte was a bit too strong for my taste, but overall it was still good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was pleased to see that they had Aqua Pana, which is not commonly found in restaurants. I took some videos and photos to share. Overall, a great dining experience. Goodbye!"

"We ordered the set menu and food was nice but had to repeatedly remind the staff about the dessert and coffee, which was included to it. We also needed to repeatedly ask for extra cutlery and plates, in order to avoid sharing food from salads, meat platter etc. given the 'new normal ' situation. Nice atmosphere, although the place was a bit too noisy upstairs, mainly from the kitchen area."

"Newly opened we were warmly welcomed and shown to an excellent table in the window area. First impression was the tables are well spaced so private discussion is easily achieved. The menu concentrates on fish although meat dishes are available. There were 5 of us dining and we were treated to some superb cooking with not a single complaint from my normally critical colleagues who ordered a variety of dishes. All the fish, whether Bream, Sea Bass or Giant Prawns were cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was muted as, having just opened to the public, it is not widely known yet. This will change as the standard of cooking and service were outstanding and I would unhesitatingly recommend it."

"The service was disappointing. The waitstaff were not friendly or welcoming, and they seemed indifferent and eager to leave early. We received the bill 45 minutes before we finished our meal. While the food was decent, the lack of enthusiasm made the experience feel unappetizing."

"Right at the corner of the small shopping centre there is a Turkish, Gokyuzu Kervan, cafe serving what we have come to know as kebab shop fair but in a seated setting. The long food bar had rows of seasoned meat on skewers ready to grill. The doner kebab twirled on the rotisserie. The interior was simple and practical. It was very much geared to in – out. We started with complimentary bread, cacik (yoghurt with garlic and cucumber) and salad. As we are huge fans of Kisir (bulgur, parsley, tomato, onion, garlic), we also opted for this too. For main, we both went for shish. I had lamb, Valentina had chicken. They came with rice , grilled onion and a hefty fresh salad. . It’s quite a clean way of eating with the food mostly grilled, not fried. Gokyuzu Kervan is not a revelation when it comes to food, but for convenience and cost effectiveness, it’s a great stop when in Wood Green. It was less than £20 including drinks. "Went for lunch on Saturday with my husband and sister in law. Have been to this pub quite a few times and although the service has never been fantastic I was shocked at how bad it was. The last time we came (a few months ago) it was awful but we said we would give it another try as the food is nice and it’s a good looking pub. We were shown to our table and 10 mins later no one came over. There was no staff in the restaurant part at all for the whole meal. Had to go to the bar and ask to order, was told someone would be with us in 2 mins. 5 mins later a girl came to take our order. Bit of a side point but you wouldn’t know she worked there as she was in ripped jeans and a strappy top (not really appropriate). Food came out in acceptable time. 2 of the 3 burgers were a bit burnt and not great but the chips were really nice. No one came over to ask if our meals were ok. No one came over to clear our plates. No one came over and asked if we wanted coffee or desert. We got up and went to pay at the bar as there was no one around to ask for the bill. When we paid no one asked if everything had been ok. We would have ordered desert and coffee but got so sick of waiting (the restaurant was very quiet) we went to BIGS deserts down the road. Such a shame but the staff need a shake up in this place as it could be great. I’ve given it a second chance and won’t be giving it a third."

"I can hardly believe that this is not a large chain restaurant, the branding and identity are so well done. The service I received made me feel like the most important customer to ever walk through the door! The menu is great, and the burger I had was one of the best I've had in years. Is it perfect? I would have preferred a cider or beer, but they only have non-alcoholic or hot drinks. However, the soda was delicious. And the desserts were amazing as well. It's a shame there isn't a Fernandez closer to my home, but maybe it's for the best since I would probably eat there 5 nights a week!"

"The food was excellent, but the service was extremely rude and showed a lack of basic math skills. We were reprimanded for not paying a service charge that we had clearly already covered. This kind of experience is not typical at other Turkish restaurants in Green Lane."

"First time going on a date to a Japanese restaurant and it was amazing! The food I had were: Dumplings (first time having them and they were very nice). Fried squid (surprisingly chewy but tasty). Chicken Ramen : The soup was like chicken soup mixed with a hige amalgamation of herbs and spices. The noodles were very fine, tender and addicting to eat. The chicken itself was full of flavour and cooked very well. For someone who is not that much of a fan of big, steamed veg this dish made me want to eat all my onions and sweet peppers. I had a little sake, and it honestly tastes like if someone made Lambrini stronger and with a hint of wheat (which someone makes sense since it is a rice alcoholic beverage . On top of that : Beautiful paintings a beautiful restaurant with japanses ornaments very good staff beautiful Japanese style cutlery and plates... ... All add up to one MAGNIFICENT restaurant for either yourself, your date, or a little group to go to."
