"Wow just wow, We use the place 2/3 times a month, never complain when food arrives late etc, however 30 mins late tonight and cold, I called to explain and have never had such a rude response, I asked for a refund, was told NO as the manager is away, I could re heat not a problem, but his entire attitude was disgusting, telling me the food was hot, nothing he could do , what do I want, hurry up, I said I want a refund and ask the manager to call me on his return, They told me to repack the food and they will come to collect and refund. I wont be using them again in a hurry, very very disappointed with his customer service. Shame because the food is normally spot on."
