"After a very good afternoon doing the Potter Trail, we came across this wee gem. I was with my Daughter, Son in law and Granddaughter and newly born Grandson. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was to die for. We had a starter of Calamari and Mussles, both were fantastic. I had a calzone pizza which i have to say has been the best i have ever tasted. Compliments from daughter of her pizza and son in law polished his off in no time. Staff were fantastic, on the ball, very friendly and attentive. Would certainly recommend, and we will certainly be back soon."

"My wife and I ate at Fratello's when we stayed at the Hilton Hotel. We booked a table for 7pm and when we arrived we could see that the restaurant was very busy, we waited a couple of minutes before being shown to our table. We thought we would be waiting a while to be served, but low and behold the service that we had was fantastic, our drink and food orders were taken within five minutes of us sitting down and we didn't have to wait long before the food was served. Everything about the night was great and our thanks go out to the staff that looked after us."

"We had a lovely evening with friends dining outside at this restaurant. However, I want to note that although I made a reservation through Open Table and received confirmation, they did not have our reservation when we arrived. The restaurant mentioned that this has happened several times despite reaching out to Open Table. Fortunately, they kindly accommodated us on a busy Friday night during peak season in Florida. Thank you, Miramare! Just a heads-up: if you make a reservation through Open Table, it's a good idea to call and confirm."

"The service was pleasant and attentive, the tables were well spaced. I had the mozzarella salad to start with which was a cheap watery ball of mozzarella with some dried herbs sprinkled on it on a bed of rocket and a few plum tomatoes no fresh herbs at all. The pasta was chewy and undercooked. All the dishes seemed to be based around same basic pasta sauces bland but edible. The pizza was greasy and when picked up the topping just slid off the base. The calzone was mainly crust and when we asked for other ingredients to be added they said no so they clearly were not fresh. I didn't complain but I definitely wouldn't book again"

"The atmosphere and service were outstanding. The food was delicious, especially the trout which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant. It is conveniently located near several London theatres, although the dining area is a bit cramped. For those with accessibility needs, it's best to check with the restaurant beforehand as I did not see an elevator, but they may have an alternative entrance."

"Did not arrive at all, wasted over an hour of my time waiting for it, called them was told by the bloke over the phone I was called three times but I received no such call and when further questioned I was told my cash was not accepted and that only card was accepted, if that was the case on the site I would of obliged but that wasnt the case, I'm very unhappy with how I was spoken too and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again"

"We rang up previously prior to ordering to ask if they could accommodate a big order. We were told to ring again at 6:30 and the phone wasn’t working. We drove to the restaurant and was told they had a powercut but they were still cooking orders. We were told weren’t able to order. We’ve tried several times prior to this to order from this place but have never been successful. Was supposed to be a treat for the groom the night before his wedding but i guess we’ll have to settle for takeaway pizza from the kebab shop instead"

"Having just moved to the area we thought we'd give this place a go having read great reviews. We placed our order when the shop was empty. We weren't told how long we should expect to wait, but assumed it would be a reasonably quick time as its a take away. We sat down and the stop gradually filled up. Eventually after about 20 mins people started receiving orders... Not us... Another 10 mins went by... After getting on for 45 minutes later my friend tried to ask how long it would be but was shushed by the man on the till who started taking another order. When the lady in there started asking other customers wat they had ordered my friend went up again and told the lady we had been waiting longer than everyone there. Low and behold our food had been sat on the side waiting. Why they didn't shout it out or even remember we had ordered first I don't know. No apology just handed our food over. When we got it home the curly fries were cold and soggy. I suspect because they had been sweating in ploy styrene for no idea how long. The pizza was absolutely horrible. Thick soggy crust, toppings engulfed by layers of cheese. We ordered a chicken pizza and you could not see the toppings there was that much cheese. Will not go back. Could have ordered dominoes for less."

"Firstly i find the owner/ manager just plane rude. me and my friend visited on a sunday afternoon and was served by a young women who told us when sitting down to not ask a certain worker for anything as he’s useless?! but we waited 25-30 minutes to even have our order taken by her?!? no check up when food arrived and had to chase to get out order taken and to revive/ pay for our bill. How ever, the so called ‘useless’ waiter was actually so lovely snd attentive when he could see us looking around and explained to us that he wasn’t the best at speaking english and constantly apologised when we spoke to him and was extremely sweet and polite. i worked in hospitality for years and i understand the stress it brings but maybe some extra training for staff is needed"

"Our final night in Folkstone and after having a really overpriced two course lunch at a rip off restaurant elsewhere we were on a bit of a budget, the prices looked reasonable, so we booked a table. I had read reviews beforehand and noticed complaints about poor service and rudeness by staff, we certainly found this not to be the case, the place had a very good atmosphere, it was very busy for a Thursday night but the manager found time to come and chat to us, there was a large party there for a birthday and nearly everyone in the place sang happy birthday to the person celebrating his special day, this got us talking to people on the neighbouring tables, which was great. The food was outstanding for the prices charged and for both courses we were spoilt for choice, the seafood and the pasta that we had were very tasty and beautifully cooked, we had a bottle of pinot grigio and that was of good quality too. Recommended without a doubt."

"Well what a find we went to an indian but jammed in a corner load horrible so we left, on are walk to find some where else we spotted this places, we walked in and met with a smile shown a table, everything was nice and timed to perfection, we ordered a starter for 2 amazing flavours, my miss ordered the best burger she's ever tasted in a amazing rustic bun with side salad, I had a goat cheese pizza which was amazing the food was fresh we didn't feel uncomfortably stuffed we were happy with the price as the hole package was fantastic and we left smiling so thank you for the great expireance and food.
