"we had one standing on the back of the restaurant, but we found it very loud, yes it was a whole house, but we think we will not sit there again. the menu was so hard to choose, but we had garnelen gamberatti for...Starter, which were beautifully presented. the main thing were pizza, calzone, wow a Calamari court! we also had a common green salad. all very tasty. one chose a desert of his favorite a tiramasui that was slightly delicious. for drinks we chose a dirty martini that I always have here, we had 2 bottles of red wine. the waiters were attentive so a good night and a festively enjoyed by all!"

"Lovely little restaurant. Surroundings were lovely and staff great. Food was average and a little expensive for the quality I thought. Queue of people standing in the stairs whilst we were eating our dinner so a little off putting and we were very aware the staff wanted the table. This was off putting and not a relaxing atmosphere."

"The table was good. Our main course was served with the remark “the appetizer is the same”. We ordered them. The pasta dishes were not dressed nicely. My Ravioli over 6 pieces) glued together, only a broken-down area of sage above. Tastefully good. All right, as we had seen before in the Stadthalle. It's very good. I wouldn't drive extra there."

"Came here with my family for my brother's 50th. I can only echo the sentiments shared about the wonderful food and service but we also loved the great tunes! Appreciate that shouldn't affect ratings but it certainly gets a thumbs up from this old 80's kid. Back to the food though had the meatball starter which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. For a main, I had a Piccante pizza which was equally wonderful. Service achieved that perfect blend of being swift yet laid back and everyone said a cheery goodbye to us when we left. Whole heartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant and will definitely be back!"

"Every time we visit Tappinos, we are always met with excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Our experience on New Year's Eve was no different. We started with smoked cheese and caramelized onion bruschetta, which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The rib eye steak, cooked to perfection and served medium rare, was tender and melted in our mouths. The tortellini al brasato, beef pasta in a mushroom sauce, was simply incredible. If you haven't been to Tappinos yet, you are missing out. Don't hesitate to make a reservation - you won't regret it. Thank you to the staff for yet another memorable dining experience. "This has become the worst restaurant since their menu changed (prices increased for £2 up on every dish and portion sizes became half then before, and of course since the new manager arrived! HORRIBLE DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE EVER! 3 of us sat outside and ordering lots of food and wine (spending lot of money even ignoring the rude inexperienced staff (They don 't even know how to open a bottle of wine , table outside next to ours empty, the manager comes and tells us that in London there is a policy that customers cannot seat on outside restaurant table for more then 1 and a half hour in other words he is telling us you need to leave! This is in the middle of our food and still half a bottle of wine to go!!!!! What a ridiculous piece of a human that manager is! We had never experienced anything like this in our 20 years living in Central London! Disaster! This guy has ruined the reputation of this restaurant, before they use to have nice people! Then after us complaining, he changed and started smiling, saying that what he said is not true but he only said it because he noticed we were gonna smoke cigars and Maybe customers will complain for the smoke!!(only one other couple seating outside very very far from us and also they are smoking cigarettes ! This guy not only needs to leave this restaurant position but also he needs to move far away from Chelsea and our local Holywood road, He doesn 't belong in London at all! He is ruining the lovely Chelsea reputation by his rudeness, idiotisam, strange face and language!"
