"We had an absolutely amazing meal at Marco's! Omg, I will be DREAMING about the aubergine parmigiana forever! I'm honestly gutted we live 2.5 hrs away because this was the best meal I've ever eaten. We came for dinner (2 adults and a child and ordered the veggie calzone, parmigiana and a salad all to share. The portions are HUGE! We left stuffed and so happy as the food was just gorgeous. We sat outside out the back and had the lovely waterfall as our soundtrack. The staff were really friendly, attentive and moved tables about to accommodate us (and to fit the massive plates on! . The food came out quickly and was so hot and fresh. Everything was just divine I honestly can't express how delicious it all was. I am NOT a salad person and I loved the salad as the dressing was so tasty. The calzone was crunchy, cheesy, buttery and garlicky. But the star of the show was the aubergine parm. It came with this deliciously crunchy foccacia bread. The top was cheesy and crispy, the sauce was the absolute best tomato sauce I've ever had and the aubergine and veg inside was the perfect filling. You will not regret visiting!! Vegetarian options: Amazing veggie options!"

"We ordered the 2 course meal for delivery, we both got garlic mushrooms on the toasted bread , this was AMAZING , only problem was the bread was soggy although we both still ate it , next time I’d ask them to keep the bread separate, my wife got the Kiev pizza and I got carbonara, the pizza was a 8/10 but the carbonara was 10/10 , everything arrived pipping hot , almost like we were in the restaurant, so only the soggy toasted bread let it down but that can be rectified, it definitely won’t stop us eating there and we’d still order for delivery, been a long time since I had a nice Italian Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5"

"The first time I ate here was lovely. The bannoffe dessert was delicious. I didn't have much interaction with the waiters on this occasion as we were a large table and I joined later on for drinks/ dessert. My second visit here more recently, was still lovely but the atmosphere wasnt great much like the welcome. It looked like the host was on his own this evening so maybe he was a little tired, it was monday at 830pm. We left around 10pm. I ordered the chocolate fudge cake this time, which was very disappointing, unfortunately. Very dry and wasn't warm. The plate was but not the pudding ... Lack of a proper scoop of ice cream (it was teaspoon size) felt like the end of the shift/not bothered kind of effort. Parking: Quite dark, bring a touch. There's a building between the restaurant and car park"

"We were a group of 4 all had a different pizza they were lovely and tasty some of us shared each other’s that way we got a change of content and taste which was great. We had some starters as sides and enjoyed it all. Some went for a dessert and they looked good and the people that ate them enjoyed them and said it was just enough to finish their meal. The wine was reasonable in price. The staff were very good and explained about the pizza dough to those who hadn’t eaten there before. My only thing that I find as an pen table diner is they don’t put my points on I have spoken to them about this before but the points never get added as at other venues I go to they do get added on?"

"The man who took my call today had really poor customer service he was telling me to talk slow telling me to stop talking over the phone. When I explained i am talking as slow as possible he started to be rude. He lost my service tonight due to his horrible mannar down the phone. Also i may add you run a delivery service Its not my job to direct you. you had a post code you are suppose to find addresses may i just add you have been to deliver to me before with no issues. Very discusting customer service tonight. Mabey retrain your phone staff on how to talk to customers so you don't lose customers new or old. "I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The guy keeps overcharging for small portions of food, charging prices as if they were for a larger portion. His excuse is that prices are subject to change, which is ridiculous. Charging 15 pounds for a medium pizza when the price is actually 9 pounds is completely unacceptable. This place is run by pathetic gold diggers. The delivery service was okay, but the overall service and atmosphere were rated very poorly."

"Arrived 30minutes late, cold, rubbery and wet, actual water running around in plastic chip tub: Called restaurant and advised them, person who answered didn’t respond was left saying ‘hello? Hello? Is anyone there?’ For another man to come on the line and say ‘no, that’s not right, I just cooked this’ I explained I was happy to have them come back and check. Again told ‘no, I have personally just cooked this, I can send another but I am very busy’. Appealing customer service, disgusting, inedible food. Binned and ordered from elsewhere."

"Absolutely awful takeaway experience! Spent the majority of the time being ignored and when eventually spoken to by older staff member who looked unkempt he was exceptionally rude. Pizza ordered was in the main uncooked as shown by picture and by far one of the...worst food outlets in Cheshire. Needs re-evaluating by food standards authority and basic training lesson in good manners and staff personal appearance. Complete waste on money as food went in the bin."
