Pizza Roma - Menu

Ordered via just eat, was phoned to be told they didn't have part of what I had ordered, the rudeness of the owner was beyond belief as for the female that was clearly trained by him was appalling, they really don't deserve business!!

Been using Pizza Roma for years. Great tasting pizzas, lovely creamy coleslaw good quality kebabs if you want a change! Gets very busy so it's best to ask when you order, as sometimes time for collection and delivery can be quite different.

Food ok but staff seem to have a problem getting an order correct if you order more than 1 item even when they write the order down. My advice is to collect from shop and check order before you leave otherwise a meal will be spoilt. Their customer service is not good at all!!! View menu

I bough a calzone with barbecue sauce, (instead of tomato, because I thought it would be less acidic. I had a small taste, before ordering and it was okay, but a large amount, was too acidic). The pizza dough was hard and the mozzarella, rubbery! The tortillas hadn’t been in the oven long enough and weren’t hot. Not great!

Ordered a pizza through Just Eat, the delivery went over the expected time to almost 2 hours. When I called, I was informed it had been cancelled, despite me not doing so, and would not be delivered. I was left without food and out of pocket as my refund was refused. I would not recommend and am very unhappy with the poor service.

We ordered a 12” margarita deep pan pizza, a tub of garlic and a bottle of coke it came to £17.55 which personally I think it’s ridiculously overpriced to top it off when it came the pizza was soggy and the cheese tasted of soap. It was completely inedible. Emailed grub24 for a refund but we’ll see if they have the decency to return the money View menu

Never waited 2 hours for 1 sml pizza and 1 kebab meat with chips !!! Soggy, greasy tasteless pizza. Bullet like chips and tasteless kebab meat. Boycotted this place for a couple of years due to a mega delivery wait time...but thought we'd try again as our other fave local pizza shop was closed. Wish we hadn't bothered !!! Try Albertos uf you want a pizza you can taste !!!

This place has changed hands and now its absolutely ran into the ground... Rang up told it would be an hour and a hour and half later still no delivery. Of course when you ring you get its on it sway its on its way... Didn't even tell them my address but its on its way. Its all greed don't take all the orders if you can't deliver... Never again not worth the wait anyway...

Arrived 30minutes late, cold, rubbery and wet, actual water running around in plastic chip tub: Called restaurant and advised them, person who answered didn’t respond was left saying ‘hello? Hello? Is anyone there?’ For another man to come on the line and say ‘no, that’s not right, I just cooked this’ I explained I was happy to have them come back and check. Again told ‘no, I have personally just cooked this, I can send another but I am very busy’. Appealing customer service, disgusting, inedible food. Binned and ordered from elsewhere. View menu
