"A visit with customers on business. Yet another evening, enjoying the hospitality of Felice and his team at Bella Roma. Fantastic food, service and ambience and a great night, spent having a good craic with some of our favourite customers. So good to be out with colleagues and enjoying a normal evening. They have a varied menu and every dish I have ever had here has been lovely. Here's to many more visits (must be in double figures by now)."

"I am so rare in the surroundings of marchmont that there is a list of places to visit for me. I spyed the meadowlark, one of them, as I died, just before immersing in the limits of the delicious italian pizzeria, which was another. with an elegant double sunbank window front is worth visiting just to look at its aspekt. the interieur, although configured as an informal take, also retains stylish mais formation. the majority of their business is as takeout shop, but there is space for a dozen seats in, so I have benefited from it and knocked down. menus were on the table, but also large over one of the walls. I am a great fan of aubergine, so decided to start her melanzana (a different variant of the writing of one of my favorite dishes to consider). since two important Italian gentleman pizzateig around the place, behind the theke, it seemed churlish not to order pizza, so I decided for their 12′′ meat collection. the place is not licensed, so I brought a soft drink from their well-stocked refrigerator. the melanzana was with me soon and was a really good return of the teller. the part was fruitful and the aromen strong, so I completely satisfied. the pizza was so good and better. the topping was the star, with the excellent selection of meat, from han to pfefferoni, salami to ham, delicious meatballs, combined for a wonderful firmness of meat. overall I was very impressed by delicious. it certainly lived up to its name and offers me two unforgettable dishes. "Went here with my Wife and 11 year old son for an evening meal. Food while it arrived hot and quickly was really very poor quality and all 3 of our dishes were fairly tasteless, which is very disappointing when you consider the price of eating here and how that compares to other restaurants in the area where the quality of food is much better. The experience itself however was the worst part, we were seated and asked about drinks relatively quickly but after that trying to get the attention.of waiting staff was impossible I had to actively get up a couple of times in order to find someone to take an order, our waitress did appear briefly after we had ordered our drinks but quickly disappeared again and didn’t come back for the rest of the evening despite the restaurant not feeling overly busy and staff not really looking rushed. Larger tables did seem to be attended extremely well (even when seemingly they were not even ordering) I wonder whether this has something to do with more opportunity to make larger tip ? "Had a nice business meeting, fantastic food, and good service as well. Had Campari for drinks, and and Bruschetta, Olives, Mushroom Crostini, for starters, and Veg Pesto Pasta for main meal, and Espresso Coffee to finish of a great lunch. Rest of our table ordered Gamberi pasta, and Pollo Funghi pasta and by mistake they gave one with ham by mistake, when pointed they’ve promptly changed with no qualms by one Alana, good on you, and people managing the place. Compliments to the chef. Ate at the same chain restaurant on last Saturday with family at Bluewater shopping Center and enjoyed a great Vegetarian pizza, and various other things. One of the best Italian chain restaurants, this is from someone who spent a year who travelled to Italy for work every other week and enjoyed real Italian grub in Milan and Florence. Keep it up."

"Bella Italia has a vegan/veggie menu that is quite small, but you can also request some items on their main menu to be veganized. The starter had a lot of reverence, but I felt I could do with more than one piece of Crostini when I was left with a lot of reverence. I felt like the service was impeccable, as it was no trouble for me to explore different options, and our server made sure that I didn't feel different from other people order their meals. The pleasant experience I had at the Middlebrook restaurant was so good that I went back with my children a few weeks later. Recommend the vegan Carbonara! Edit; as I have left this review, they have now expanded their vegan series even more, I am so impressed and the food is delicious, a meal with my non vegan family so easy and made a beautiful experience. "we went to this bella italia as part of a 5-day trip to center parcs at longleat. this was one of the 5 or 6 restaurants available. it was during covid, so it wasn't very busy. they limited the number of people in the restaurant. at the entrance there was antiseptic gel, and when we sat the waitress, we asked if they wear a mask or not. we had 2 courses and the waitress was very welcoming. that was eating as they expect in bella italia. from the restaurants that are available, it is worth trying. when booking, they must pay a deposit to ensure that they turn on."

"We're here yesterday with our 5 and 7 years. they made the children half the pizzas for half the price of a full who were more than enough for each of them. my partner had a full-sized fish pizza that was amazing, and I had the chicken ktikka breast salad. everything was made fresh to order and was absolutely delicious. there are not many places where someone on the slender world ends as satisfied and as full as the pizza eaters in their party, but this place has made it! service was fast and pleasant and nothing was too much annoyed. the canteen would be highly recommended and can not expect to visit again."

"We were early to dinner so it was quiet when we arrived. So the atmisphere was a bit flat. But it picked up losds later as service hit into full swing. The food and service are excellent. I ordered their house pizza which was as authentic as I have had outside of Italy. The decor is great fun with fiat body parts decorating parts of the walls an very carefully curated lighting and artwork giving this place a great feel. It's a fantastic restaurant. Highly reccomended."

"Went there with my family. It was my third visit. Even though it was early evening, there were a lot of customers there, so it’s best to book. The pizzas were fabulous and large and there was a good range on the menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you can’t eat it all, ask for a ‘doggy bag’. The only slight disappointment was the time it took to get the bill as my grandchildren were getting a little restless. If it were not for this I’d have given 5 stars all round. Dietary restrictions: When booking we were asked if there were any dietary requirements. We noticed they also have gluten free and vegan options on the menu. Parking: There is on and off street parking nearby."

"However, my second visit was pleasant but lacked a good atmosphere, similar to the warm welcome I had before. It seemed like the host was on his own that evening, which might have contributed to the tired vibe—it was a Monday around 8:30 PM, after all. We ended up leaving around 10 PM. This time, I ordered the chocolate fudge cake, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. It was quite dry and didn't come warm, even though the plate was heated. The portion of ice cream was minimal—just a tiny spoonful—which felt like the staff was not really making an effort since it was near the end of their shift. As for parking, it's quite dim, so I recommend bringing a flashlight. There’s also a building between the restaurant and the parking area."

"We had an absolutely amazing meal at Marco's! Omg, I will be DREAMING about the aubergine parmigiana forever! I'm honestly gutted we live 2.5 hrs away because this was the best meal I've ever eaten. We came for dinner (2 adults and a child and ordered the veggie calzone, parmigiana and a salad all to share. The portions are HUGE! We left stuffed and so happy as the food was just gorgeous. We sat outside out the back and had the lovely waterfall as our soundtrack. The staff were really friendly, attentive and moved tables about to accommodate us (and to fit the massive plates on! . The food came out quickly and was so hot and fresh. Everything was just divine I honestly can't express how delicious it all was. I am NOT a salad person and I loved the salad as the dressing was so tasty. The calzone was crunchy, cheesy, buttery and garlicky. But the star of the show was the aubergine parm. It came with this deliciously crunchy foccacia bread. The top was cheesy and crispy, the sauce was the absolute best tomato sauce I've ever had and the aubergine and veg inside was the perfect filling. You will not regret visiting!! Vegetarian options: Amazing veggie options!"

"Went as a group for a birthday , live local and have gone here so many times before mainly loved it. The last two times I don’t know if it’s a change of ownership or something but service was appalling. Two of our pizzas were not cooked (which we knew wouldn’t be as saw on the screen they were out in the oven for literally one minute! . The dough was still stretchy and sticky and the mozzarella was still in hard chunks! Staff said it was because of the style of pizza being a little smaller for a kid! yet the calezone for an adult was the same! My actual pizza was nice though. Slow service food brought out big gaps in between. There was only us and another table with one person on! So Christ knows how they cope if they have more people! Chef clearly annoyed we had complained about the Pizza! Muttering away. If you don’t cook the food obviously your going to get complaints! Your not doing it for free!! Clearly wanted us to go after this, turned music off clearing rest of restaurant and hovering around to take our plates and drinks, in a rush to get rid of us they threw the birthday cake away we had just cut up for people. They did apologise but didn’t offer to rectify and it’s because they were rushing us out. It was 9.00pm though so maybe they shut at this time I had not checked. Such a shame after many nice nights there to the last two times. Won’t be going again! Also speaking to a few friends they said they had similar experiences there recently!"
