"Visited Bella Italia for a 70th birthday. Wow, the staff were absolutely amazing. There were 17 of us a mix of adults and children so we kept the staff on their toes. They were so good when it came to taking our orders and making sure we always had drinks. The food was amazing and not one order was incorrect. Nothing was issues and the staff really took care of us. I hope the manager realises what an amazing team she/he/they have. Thanks again"

staff always friendly out of 5 times once I wasn't happy but they knocked of my meal from the bill. (my spaghetti was swimming in water) but the other 4 times was a pleasant experience. waiters very friendly and can't do enough for you. foods ok

There was a huge table in when I arrived but even with them trying to cover a table of 30 plus walk ins, I had a wry enjoyable meal. Tasted good, and came out in good time, main was hot and ice cream was cold couldn’t ask for any more. The lady that served me (with glasses) was great and was on top of everything.

I went to this Italian place after not finding anywhere more exciting to eat in Uxbridge. I ordered fish and my friend went for a vegan option. Food was good in taste but due to not enough staff food took ages to arrive. Whenever we wanted something staff were not available straight away. I won’t be visiting again.

The manageress was amazing! She looked after us so well with a casual yet professional and friendly charm. Made it look easy as she remembered our menu and items without fuss. 4 of us shared 2 starters , each had a main, and one alcoholic drink and 2 teas. Vegetarian food mostly we had. £82 . Good value. 10/10 Wouldn't mind having a veggie lasagna on menu!

Great food but absolutely awful manager. She is so rude and rushes you out for your meal, my friend and I snapped back at her after she kept coming over every five minutes and very rudely telling us to order when we were not ready and we're catching up. An amazing restaurant turned into an awful experience because of her! Don't go, you will regret it and just be put in a bad mood.
