"Went here for a meal with my Wife and 11 year old son , once seated it became quickly apparent the service was not going to great, we spent most of our time trying to flag down anyone so we could order despite the restaurant not actually being that busy. Our waitress turned up at our table once after we had ordered yelling something incoherent in the middle of a conversation and then left never to be seen again by us, but could be heard yelling at other tables for the rest of the evening in a similar fashion. The food turned up fairly quickly when we finally ordered and was hot, however was desperately disappointing for the price. All three meals were fairly tasteless and awful value for money as was the service. Would rather have gotten a ready meal pasta and frozen pizza."

First time visiting and couldn't have been happier. Some of the best Italian food we've had and the staff we had were very friendly with both of our children. Will definitely be coming back. View menu

The waitress is impolite. She arranged a table nearby the door and mentioned not available seat to us as the tables are not cleaned. I have a high hope of the food but those foods are not disappointed me. Please don’t go there.

So some really really nice staff, the food was in general ok however one of the mains we ordered was inedible. Despite initial good start the kitchen let them down. Thankfully it was a spur of the moment thing not expecting much.

Great food as always, staff were helpful and nice even when we had the app to order from. When we finished eating they allowed us to keep our table for longer which was amazing (we hadn’t caught up in over a year) and the cocktails were also delish. Good alfresco dining spot! View menu

really good! eating was amazing, one of the most beautiful zizzi’s we had in a very long time. service was also really good, it makes a big difference when waiter and waiter are friendly. our waitress was really nice and my daughter loved her absolutely and couldn't stop fleing. many thanks for such a beautiful lunch today

I've been here a few times and eating is always decent. quite difficult to give any chain esserei 5 stars, since they are never able to reach the high standards of independent declining for many reasons, most of them business reasons. but zizzi is always a solid choice that is safe and the workers here in bracknell are always welcoming and professional.
