A delightful mix of fresh vegetables, cheese, and tangy tomato sauce on a chewy crust.

"Booked lunch for 4 on a Friday at 1:30pm, needed to finish by 3pm, actually the right amount of time. It was a lovely sunny day and originally sat by the front window, waiter quickly took our order for drinks while we decided what to order. After 10 minutes I was baking and asked if we could move, on a normal dull day it would be a good place to sit but not on a bright sunny day. Waitress was very accommodating and we moved to the rear and it was such a relief. Three of us ordered pizza and we were not disappointed, the base was thin and the toppings tasty cooked to perfection. The vegetarian pasta dish was equally delicious according to friend. We all had the Italian desert, biscuit and ricotta cream filling which was good. My elderflower and Prosecco cocktail was refreshing and tasty. All in all an excellent experience, was my first visit and will not hesitate to return."

"This was a lovely restaurant for a meal out with friends. We weren’t hurried in any way and the staff were attentive and helpful. Food portions are rather large and tasty. Only issues we had was my prawn cocktail wasn’t as no Marie Rose sauce and prawns were hot ! I did comment and told it was Italian method, but menu said otherwise! The front door needed a ‘door closer’ as so many in and out and all left door open so was chilly. We did have a lovely evening though. Thank you. Parking: Disabled spaces opposite but temporarily closed yesterday. Car park behind the library in Weybridge. Free after 7pm. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slope to get into the restaurant . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £60–70 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pappardelle Alla Bolognese, Pollo Milanese Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking"

"I had a great experience at this restaurant, which I had visited a few times before the COVID-19 pandemic. During my visit in April 2020, the restaurant exceeded my expectations. They even offered a free cake and coffee, which I enjoyed. I signed up for their email list and it was worth it. Although I shared the information about the freebies with my colleagues, not everyone was able to take advantage of it. There was a long wait for the food to be served, with some of my group still waiting to be fed when we left around 2 o'clock. Despite this, the free cake at 1pm kept my excitement up. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere with many young workers, creating a bustling business vibe. I sat at my own table, surrounded by other patrons eager to try the free cake and coffee. The pate and carrot and coriander soup were delicious, but the Eaton mess dessert was the highlight of the meal. Although there were some issues with the service, I appreciated the hard work of the staff. They were able to keep themselves busy, even when the restaurant was not busy. Overall, I had a positive experience at the restaurant."

"we were once in another city at ask italian and were not impressed by their vegan selection, but we decided to give them another chance. we came to the restaurant at 11.30 a.m. and there was no one except the kitchen staff. After about 10 minutes and with the help of one of the chefs, someone finally came to us, no apology given for the waiting period. no good start. the separate vegan menu features a few pizzas with vegan mozzarella and some pasta options. we finally decided to try their sweet soup, rosmarin and sea salt bread and vegetable pasta fattyuccine con verdure. that was eating quickly, but then we were the only people in the restaurant at that time. the suppe was pretty, the brot was very average for the price and the pasta was a catastrophe. Covered in amounts of oil, there was no notice to the advertised garlic and chili season, the only thing I could feel was the olive grove, but that had an oily taste. my favourite was horrified for the rest of the day. to finish it, we got the reception fast, but it took one because for someone to come so we could pay so we ended the way we started to wait to be served."

"My daughter chose this restaurant very last minute. They were able to accommodate us for 8pm which was perfect. I never leave a tip but on this occasion I did because of the great accommodating experience, great food, and wonderful staff I can not fault this restaurant. If you want great service and food come here. They were so busy zooming up and down, but they still had time and thought of their customers. We didn’t ask or tell them it was my daughters 18th birthday but they brought over a tiramisu cake with candle and sang her happy birthday with music. Was totally unexpected and really made her night special. You can’t get a better experience in my opinion then Al fornos"

"Very accommodating last minute Bank Holiday Monday evening. Staff very friendly and polite and excellent service. Dora the owner is the perfect host making sure you enjoy the food and giving advice on choices. She treated us like family. We had risotto and Di Mare Penne both excellent. Very tasty and reasonably priced food. Will book again on our next trip to the area. Thank you Dora and staff."

"The service was excellent and the delivery was on time. The packaging was sealed and delivered in perfect condition. The vegetarian pizza we ordered was delicious, meeting the usual Pizza Hut standards. The potato wedges could have been improved, but overall, it was a good experience."

"Went there three times on a three day visit! It was THAT good! The full Scottish breakfast was great (had never heard of Lorna sausage before it was delicious! , as was the French toast with maple syrup and bacon. For main courses we had the seared tuna, the gambas, the chicken with chimichurri and the scallops with parmesan risotto and as a side we got the garlic bread with cheese. We also tried the Whisky Cranachan for dessert yummy! They were all amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be back the next time I'm on Islay!"

"We arrived at 8 o'clock and our drinks and starter were served within 15 minutes, which was good. However, we had to wait 45 minutes for our main course, which was not acceptable. The restaurant was not even very busy, so there was no excuse for the delay and no apology was given. The food was okay but nothing exceptional. The tables were too close together, making it feel like we were almost sitting with the people at the next table rather than with our own dining companions. Our table was round and wobbly, but when we mentioned it to the waiter, he simply said it was because it was round and didn't do anything about it. With so many other dining options nearby, I highly doubt that I will return to this restaurant."

"I am writing this review because there is no ability to review trip advisor. Trip advisor offers no facility to respond negatively to totally unreasonable reviews. I have been a frequent user of Pizza by Goli have over many decades and they have provided exceptional food with only occassional lapses in quality. Several recent reviews are from people who are assigning totally unreasonable ratings for relatively minor issues. They are entitled to their view but trip advisor should allow comment or at least downvotes for poor reviews. Finally TA should encourage criticism of their own facility as well as other providers. I can find no easy way to give feedback to trip advisor."

"great location, massive expansion in the upper floor with beautiful open beams and large windows with views of the hills over ramsbottom. very helpful staff, a bit disappointed with the limited menu, mainly pizza or huh. when I asked if I had any food requirements, I mentioned being vegetarian and was informed that I could order most dishes and they would replace the meat for mushrooms or other vegetables"

I was here before his faveourite in the did we come from york. that is how much we love it. beware of all staff in front of the house and kitchen. there is never failed to deliver a gold mine. only a thought that the old scheune, which was playable, they thought to transform it into 2/3 rooms. would be a great place to stay and relax. fantadic places they see again."

"The service was outstanding! The owner personally came over to address all my questions regarding cross-contamination. The pizzas are cooked on disposable foil trays, which are thrown away after use. They took the time to explain that they make every effort to prevent cross-contamination by preparing food in a separate area of the kitchen, although they can’t provide a complete guarantee, which is understandable. They also offer gluten-free pasta on the menu, and the ice cream is fantastic! The only downside is the additional cost for the gluten-free pizza base."

"We booked on a previous friends recommendation… how different our experience was! Booked a table for 5.15pm as the kids were already hungry and we thought we’d get ahead of the tea time rush. Drinks and food order taken. Drinks arrived. Asked for the WiFi code and got a wine menu!!!! When we had already ordered our drinks. Odd!! Then over 50 mins passed before even mention of our starters and where they were. Drinks then given as free. Starters arrived. No kids meals! Another wait… a long wait… finally mains arrived and kids were fed. They hardly ate. Went to the loo; what an ordeal! Taps overshoot the sinks straight onto the floor. Cracked seat that nips and cuts your delicate skin not to mention hoarding bacteria and slicing you with it!! See photos. We ordered at 5.15 and ate at 7pm. Wanted to pay. Again wait. Didn’t get out till 7.45pm!! Food itself was edible though we were all so far past hungry by that point only one of us finished our meal. Highly disappointing. You’d think after the first offer of free drinks they’d speed up the rest and be more attentive. No… even to pay we had to wait and wait for the card machine to arrive. We got apologies but that was too little too late in all honesty. We didn’t complain to the manager… But won’t be back!"

"Understand it's a small space and you want to try and maximise custom but it feels quite rushed and cramped. It's also really noisy and not easy to hear the staff. The table was very small. If we had both had a starter and gone for steaks, we would have been looking at £150, just with a bottle of prosecco. It needs to be better than this for that money. Food is fine but not outstanding. We wouldn't not go back but it wouldn't be near the top of our list"

"I visited this restaurant for a friend's birthday, and the staff were truly wonderful. A special shoutout to Alua and Elijah (sorry if I missed anyone's name!) The cocktails were delicious, but a bit pricey. The food was enjoyable, although I do question the price of a vegetarian pizza. The atmosphere was really lovely, although I wasn't a big fan of sitting directly under the loudspeaker—though I understand that's not always avoidable. I will definitely return, although it might be after the current cost-of-living crisis has eased up!"
