A delightful mix of fresh vegetables, cheese, and tangy tomato sauce on a chewy crust.

"Wonderful meal on a Saturday evening when we were staying in the area for the first time. A very welcoming atmosphere when we arrived: lots of family groups with children, all clearly enjoying their food. Service was very friendly and efficient. We shared an antipasto platter for a starter all good, and my only regret was that I hadn't ordered a plate of the arancini all to myself. For mains, we had various pasta and pizzas all very good (especially the spaghetti carbonara), and a cut above anything similar that we've had for a long time. For sweets, the tiramisu and affogato tia maria were delicious. Lovely meal, and lovely too to see an independent restaurant so busy and popular."

"First time I actually wonder into Luton while waiting for someone to land on the local airport. Found this place on Trip Advisor and tried it for breakfast and was not dissapointed! Realy good food, with a twist and quite varied, they seem to have something for everyone in a medium to small menu. The expresso coffee was good as well and the staff top notch. Nice music, to cheer you up in the morning as well."

"I had high hopes as I am a pizza lover, how wrong could I have been. Greeted by a rude member of staff, so not the best start. The cafe was busy, very busy, the tables are very crammed in together and so much so the back of my chair was being hit by every person and memeber of staff walking past....... While trying to order the member of staff seemed more concerned in talking to people walking through the door and other members of staff, a bit annoyed, we still ordered had we had high hopes of some of the best pizza in Devon..... How wrong we were. My pizza was how to put it..... pretty awful, I've had better supermarket own microwave pizza's...... the toppings didn't reach the edge which was VERY dry so that was left. I paid and left, why I paid I have no idea. Rude staff and below par pizza, just don't bother, you will be better off going to Pizza Hut."

"Bella Italia was fully booked, so we came across this wonderful family run Italian restaurant. Several Italian customers came and went, which told volumes as the authenticity of the place. Starters came out quickly and wolfed down by our party, and although we had to wait a little while for our mains, every dish was full of flavour, and the homemade pasta was full of body and taste. When we come back to Blackpool, we will definitely call in again."

"We have twice visited Beddelert in the last year, and both times we've to Glaslyn. We had takeaway pizza for supper and icecream after a long walk in the hills! The food is great, fantastic icecream with loads of flavours and the pizzas are really...tasty, lots of options for toppings and the best garlic bread! The second time we visited, we went to Glaslyn on a Saturday night to order a takeaway, and they were incredibly busy. The staff were kind enough to squeeze our order in, staying open until it was ready we were so grateful! Everyone who has served us has been really friendly, both on the icecream counter and for the pizzas. Fantastic customer service we would recommend Glaslyn to everyone definitely visit if you are in the area!"
"This restaurant was delightful. Excellent service, a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The service was quick but not rushed and the food was..."

"it's a past, since we last visited, something has not changed. simple, uncomplicated Italian restaurant, very tasty, good food. this time there were two young ladies who "in responsibility" in front of the house, both very friendly and efficient. will be “thinking” and soon return. ps thank you for coming in. another visit, mai, all well perhaps less impressed by eating for"

"Our visit to Romantica in Mere Green Sutton Coldfield with friends was the first in some time. It was busy on a Saturday night and the food was still excellent and the prices have risen by some margin. The starters were all tasty and included salmone affumicato, crochette di pesce (fishcakes), and two calamari fritti. For the mains we had the lasagne, pollo boscaiola and two manzo alla stroganoff. We had two side vegetables which were not as good as our previous visit over a year ago and the broccoli was al dente and too hard for pour paletes. For deserts we had two delicious tiramisus. The bill for four with drinks came to £165.00 and the service was excellent. Regards Gary Saunders"

"the first time here and it's brilliant. phoned at 3 and got a table for 4 o'clock no problem. the staff is friendly and helpful, but not in their face, the accusation is great. everyone gets fresh water/glass on the table when they sit. eating was fantastic, I had fajitas coming with a free dessert option on Monday. I was offered full so waitress to box, which I ever dessert I wanted to take away, how great is that? The toilets are clean and well decorated, what much says about a place I find. can not be enough about this place rave and will definitely be revisiting."

"Took a chance a chance of not booking and it paid off. We arrived after 8 and got seated immediately. It was busy but the charm and atmosphere weren’t lost. Food was served quickly and tasted delicious. The restaurant has a traditional family atmosphere and we were made to feel welcome. It’s worth making sure you have room for the tiramisu or sticky toffee pudding, both home made and amazing…. I’d go as far as saying the sticky toffee pudding was better than any other rival I have tasted, it was very light and tasted great"

"Not what you'd expect for £28 for 2 pizzas on a deal! Called to complain, first guy I spoke to was great. He said he'd replace the food now or next time. I said I'd do it next time as Papa John's was my go to, maybe it was just a 1 off. Next time I called to claim said pizzas I was told I wasn't aloud to claim now and it was a different manager. She wouldn't give me her name but she sounded young and of Indian accent (only way to describe her). Her customer service skills were awful. Ended up taking it further with the complaint.. no reply as of yet. So £28 down as it stands, hopefully il get a reply, who knows. Never again!"

"I am a regular at this restaurant on Monday nights because the upstairs area hosts one of the best jazz clubs in London, managed by Will. They bring top talent to us Londoners, and tonight's performance by the Jo Davies trio was exceptional. Her new album was recorded live here, so I am excited to hear it! The ambiance and acoustics are wonderful, and the staff is very friendly. The beer selection is decent, but I wish they had a stronger bitter ale like Greene King Abbot or London Pride instead of Good Old Boy. We tried the Mahajana IPA, which was better but still not quite what we were looking for. I recommend getting the house wine if you are sharing a bottle with two or more people."
"Food is very good but it's expensive and I think a tad overpriced I had a Italian meat platter to start and motsarella cheese and fish pizza the calamari on the pizza was overcooked and rubbery otherwise ok there is a discretionary service charge which is added to the bill Parking: You have to park in local car parks on street parking is restricted during weekdays and Saturdays up until 6:30 Service: Dine in"

"The fish and chips I had on the Isle of Skye were simply incredible! The freshness of the fish, coupled with the crispy, golden crust, was a delight for the taste buds. Plus, the picturesque views of the coast of Skye made it a truly memorable dining experience. If you are passing through the Isle of Skye, I highly recommend enjoying this must-try dish. Food: 5"

"Great food, ok service.. My friends and I went here for a Sunday lunch in the summer, there were 6 of us and we'd booked the restaurant on our Taste cards thereby entitling us to 50% off the bill. I explained that we had the cards when I booked and all was fine When we arrived all was rosy until I double checked that they knew we had the card. Firstly, they said they didn't accept the cards on Sunday's (which they do and in fact this has not been changed on the Taste website since), then the service went steadily down hill The saving grace was the food, the antipasti selection to start was lovely, but the real winner was the main course. I had seafood linguine which had been baked...read more"

"Decided to eat here on a Friday night and made a last minute booking table for 2 people. We ate in the main restaurant. Arrived early expecting to have a drink in the bar as it seemed busy, but the member of staff made our table ready for us. He was very welcoming and, having never visited before, we were really impressed by the atmosphere and decor. And the size! It's like a Tardis. We had arancini to start amazing. I could have eaten this as a main, too. My husband had a pizza, which he enjoyed very much. I had chicken and potatoes. I'm not a fan of chicken on the bone but this was wonderful. For me, the best part of the meal with the tiramisu for dessert. My husband enjoyed an espresso (he'd nicked on of my arancini so was stuffed). Wonderful food. Staff were incredibly on the ball and drinks were brought out very quickly. Difficult to find the balance between speed and pushiness, the every member of staff who served us managed to do so. The only thing I would say is that I don't appreciate having a service charge added to my bill for two people dining. Whilst I generally do tip, I prefer this to be at my own discretion. On this occasion, the server removed it in advance because she had forgotten to add a side dish to our order. I honestly didn't care as I wouldn't have managed it so we tipped, but that was our choice. Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Can't wait to return."

"We stopped in our campervan at this village store cabin in the carpark during our journey. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we didn't need any services, they seemed willing to assist with anything we might have needed. The restaurant is described as an "aire" but we were not sure of the specific services available. However, we highly recommend this place. There are 5 spaces for campervans and plenty of parking for cars. We had a dine-in dinner which cost between £30-£40 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. We recommend trying the Fish & Chips and the Fries. Vegetarian options are clearly labeled on the menu. There is plenty of free parking available at this location."

"What a lovely evening! First visit to Buon Appetito in Wolsingham which is crazy as we only live 12 miles away! We met up with a couple of friends for food and will definitely be back! The menu and specials board made our decision on what to eat a difficult one! But we all thoroughly enjoyed our choices, quality and quantity were excellent, for starters, mains and desserts. Lovely ambiance in the restaurant , busy even on a Tuesday evening! Very friendly, efficient and attentive staff. I love this place!!! Why travel up to Durham or Newcastle when we have such a delightful restaurant only 12 miles from our doorstep!!!"

"Located on the lower two floors of a modern office block, this is another outlet from the West country cider and pizza specialists, and whilst it inevitable doesn’t have much in the way of style or ambience, it nonetheless had a bit of a buzz about it, and there was of course an extensive cider selection which is always a plus point. I opted for the “Burger on the Dance Floor” with beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, caramelised onions, gherkins and burger sauce. Overall I’d say it was pretty good, not quite as tasty as it could have been perhaps, and some more topping would have been better, but overall it was a pretty decent effort and served by friendly staff in a reasonable time frame. A desert of Biscoff cheesecake slightly missed the mark I thought, there was nothing really wrong with it, but the Biscoff didn’t seem especially noticeable. Worth a visit though, and if you don’t fancy the long communal benches downstairs, there are also smaller tables upstairs."

"Went here with my daughter to book and pay deposit for a babyshower. Decided to have lunch first ordered 2 jacket potatoes with toppings, when came one was given to a different table but this was sorted promptly. I took one bite and realised mine was cold ask my daughter about hers and she said hers was cold too we told staff they said we will get fresh ones done. About 15 mins later we both received another which were the same ones just reheated and reshaped. And yet again first bite cold again the manager came to our table and said he'd seen them come out of the oven himself, I told him to touch the potatoe as I wasn't eating it anyway and yes it was cold he couldn't understand why. Faulty microwave in my opinion. We didn't pay for our drinks as consolation but haven't booked the baby shower either. Only ten people in the restaurant at the time and we weren't the only ones sending cold food back."
