"I went to this restaurant because it was the only option near the train station and was convenient while waiting for my train. I am unsure why this place has so many positive reviews, as I found the food to be basic with little effort to make it flavorful. The steak toastie was unpleasant as the meat was difficult to chew and the salad seemed to be made with expired ingredients, judging by its color. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a charming pub located near the main road and the Loch. However, the prices are quite high for the portion sizes. Overall, I would rate the food and service as a 1, but the atmosphere as a 5. The recommended dishes are the sandwich and Haggis Pakora. Meal type was lunch with an average price per person ranging from £20-£30."

There are two vegan dishes on the menu - a bean burger and a Mediterranean pie. I tried the pie and it was delicious! The service was good. It's a bit of a hidden gem, so definitely check it out if you're in the area.

The restaurant is great with a wide selection of vegan dishes on the menu. The chef was accommodating to our dietary restrictions and the atmosphere had a laid-back Scottish vibe. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

I discovered this restaurant on Happy Cow and decided to try it out. I was not disappointed, as it was a great choice and the food was very tasty. I ordered the Mediterranean tart and vegan cheesecake for dessert. The dishes were delicious and it was refreshing to see something unique on the menu. Thank you.

There were not many non-meat options: the typical macaroni cheese with garlic bread and chips (Triple Carb); vegan haggis, neeps and Tatties; an egg quiche, the bombay burger from sweet potatoes and I think it was. It is a real Scottish theme and one of the waiters carries a kilo and there is a small shop to buy snacks.

If you are waiting for your train (or just arriving) you might as well go here it is a nice pub with live music in the evening and outdoor seating for sunny days. Some good beers on tap and vegan food is clearly marked on the menu. The haggis bites are nice (but a small portion). All in all not very special but in a very convenient place.

I didn't have a chance to look at the menu, but I noticed several families and couples around me enjoying meat dishes, so perhaps follow your nose if the aroma intrigues you. I was pleased to see that they offered oat milk for my tea, which is worth noting. The staff were all wearing masks, and the service was entirely table service, including payment, and they also took my information.

I was not disappointed with the recommended cream of broccoli soup at this restaurant. The BLT sandwich was also excellent. I enjoyed a lovely pint of Arrochar Alps Lager. The restaurant is not only dog friendly, but they also have a menu specifically for dogs. The service was top-notch. This was a lunch meal, with a price range of £10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5. Recommended dishes include the sandwich. There is plenty of parking available with a free parking lot.

I had looked up Happy Cow before heading to this restaurant and knew they had vegan options available. However, the menu we were given at the restaurant did not specify which dishes were vegan. I asked the bartender and found out there were two vegan options: the Bombay Burger and the Mediterranean Tart. I chose the tart, which was served with sweet potatoes and salad. It was delicious and a generous portion. It was great to find vegan options in a rural setting and even better to be able to dine outside in the sun with a view of the mountains.

We stopped in our campervan at this village store cabin in the carpark during our journey. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we didn't need any services, they seemed willing to assist with anything we might have needed. The restaurant is described as an "aire" but we were not sure of the specific services available. However, we highly recommend this place. There are 5 spaces for campervans and plenty of parking for cars. We had a dine-in dinner which cost between £30-£40 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. We recommend trying the Fish & Chips and the Fries. Vegetarian options are clearly labeled on the menu. There is plenty of free parking a...
