"as a family, woman, son and friend. very efficient and friendly. the menu is somewhat limited, but we had appetizers that were considerable and very good. for main courses, a mixture of pasta, pizza and a chicken salad and bratkartoffeln. Some...something gloomy again, like the coffee. it is worth noting that it is unlicensed, but there are sainsbury’s, directly opposite and they are welcome to bring wein and the cafe delivers glasses. I am a fan, they can buy two decent bottles and it is much cheaper than a bottle of moderate wine in a restaurant."

"It 's been a while since I 've written a review on Tripadvisor, but after visiting The Delivino restaurant in Crieff it became clear to me that it was time to dust off my keyboard and write one. Myself, my partner and my in laws visited Crieff for the afternoon, travelling from Leslie, in Fife. We stopped a friendly looking passer by on the High Street and asked him if he could reccomend somewhere we could go for a nice lunch. Without hesitation, he advised us to go to The Delivino and pointed us in the general direction. We were so pleased he did. If I was to sum up the experience in a word, it would be 'perfection '. First we were warmly welcomed in and guided to a table of our choice. Next, perfectly timed, a waitress came over to us, first, to take a drinks order then shortly after to take a food order. It goes without saying, her attentiveness and timing was impeccable and she was very warm and friendly. On that note, let 's get onto the food. That word again perfection. The four of us were very pleased with our meals, they were all very tasty, well presented and cooked to absolute perfection. The service throughout was also perfect. A perfect amount of time was given to decide on drinks and menu items not too long, not too rushed. The waiters and waitresses glided around, always being available but never appearing to encroach on our peace and space and their manner was always warm, subtle and thoroughly focussed on the diners. As I said, if I was to sum it up in one word, the word would be 'perfection '. We will definitely return."

"I was looking for a quick bite to eat and was excited to find a menu with two full pages of vegan options. I decided on the marinara dish and was pleased to see it arrive at my table just a few minutes later. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. "Reminiscing about the great time we had at this place last night! We spent the weekend in Bedford visiting relatives and decided to book this place, because we’re big pizza fiends and the reviews meant it made sense! Have not stopped thinking about the food all day! If you’re lucky enough to know what a proper Neapolitan pizza tastes like and have been chasing the dream of tasting it again… look no further! If you haven’t been to Naples before, then this place takes you there and back in one evening! This is hands down the best pizza outside of Naples! In fact I would go as far as to say that it could easily hold its own amongst the 100s of pizzerias in its birth City! The restaurant itself is casually quirky… named after the owner’s mother, with photos to couple that offer a little glimpse into the owners background with Italian memorabilia for days… including a real vesper hanging on a shelf from the ceiling, you’re hit with the scent of the wood fired oven as soon as you walk through the doors letting you know instantly that you’re in for a treat… the real deal! The relaxed, but upbeat vibe coupled with the warm and attentive welcome and service from the owner and the staff meant it was only fair to start with a round of Aperol Spritzes, which was followed by a number of bottles of delicious Primitivo throughout the meal that ultimately led to some singing and dancing at the end of our meal! We allowed the owner to recommend lots of things off the menu to share and boy did he not disappoint! Everything from pizzas, to pizza rolls to bruschetta meant that we were all able to try the classic Neapolitan pizza base with various different flavours! Highly recommend trying the Pizza Tartufo if you like truffle! I’m Italian and visit Naples most years and the pizza base is up there with the best I’ve tried! Hats off to the pizzaiolas as mastering this culinary delight is not easy! The pork meatballs in tomato sauce and oven roasted cracked pepper and salty ribs were delicious! But aside from the extremely high quality of the pizzas it was a bowl full of cheese and charcuterie that stole the show! Imagine a huge ball of creamy burrata that when cut open released loads of tiny balls of morzarella! It was truly next level! I have never seen or tasted anything quite like it! We finished with a round of espressos and some traditional Italian pastries, which were out of this world! We had such a lovely evening from the food to the wine, service to the vibe it really was exceptional! The only thing I wasn’t happy about was leaving, knowing that this restaurant isn’t on my doorstep! The only saving grace is the avoided damage it would do to my waistline if it was, as I would be here every weekend! Cannot wait to go back!"

"This was the best meal I've had in years! The slow-cooked beef in tomato sauce served with penne pasta was exceptional. I made sure to soak up every last bit with the garlic bread. It paired perfectly with a glass of house red wine—simply delicious. The service was incredibly friendly as well. I would give it a perfect 10/10! "We popped in for lunch, 90 mins before a theatre visit. We hadn’t booked, but were welcomed in and shown to a table. Our waitress seemed surly at best. She took our drinks order quite quickly, but then seemed irritated that we weren’t ready to order our food and took ages to come back for the order. The restaurant seemed to get incredibly busy all at once, with dishes literally piling up but not being handed out by the waitresses, so the greeter had to get involved. Our waitress went missing during the 30 minute wait for our food, and time was ticking away before we had to leave. When it did arrive, it was decent, but we had about 20 mins to wolf it down before we had to leave. After that 20 mins, I asked several staff members for our bill, as our waitress was, again, not around. One told us to ‘give us a minute’ and then never came back; another said she would find our waitress. When our waitress arrived back on the scene, she scooted quickly past our table and went to make a coffee. As she went back past to deliver the coffee, I asked her for our bill. She ignored me, but then delivered the bill with no eye contact, just the question ‘cash or card?’ I declined the opportunity to tip on the card machine, and she almost threw the receipt at me. I appreciate it wasn’t her fault we were in a rush and the restaurant was busy, but her lack of availability and rudeness are what has encouraged me to write this review. It was a disappointing lunch for my children and me, to say the least."

"I visited this restaurant last Sunday and tried their authentic Indian cuisine. I had Vadapav paired with some delicious masala tea and thoroughly enjoyed it! I definitely need to visit again to try out more of their dishes. The service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend trying their Pav Bhaji and Samosa. This restaurant is a must-visit for breakfast, with prices ranging from £1-10 per person."

"We were staying locally for a week, and ended up eating here three times, once for lunch, once in the evening and finally breakfast. All three meals were very good. The “soft tacos” are effectively fajitas. Salsa, guacamole, spiced chicken with peppers and small-ish tortilla...wraps. They were good, as were the chicken wings good sized portion for the price served with a tasty side salad. The spicy nduja pizza was enjoyable, as was the stroganoff. And the breakfast was smashing good quality ingredients served hot. The key thing the Depot has achieved is to have recruited an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly crew. On each visit they were attentive and always asked if everything was okay. Which it was. It’s a dog friendly establishment, which suited us well as we have one and couldn’t leave him in our holiday accommodation. And I must mention the toilets. I can’t remember having done so in a review before, but they were a pleasure to use. Sparklingly clean. Well supplied. Couldn’t ask for more. I’ve given four stars not five because the menu is limited and it’s not fine dining. But the food and service was very good indeed and good value for money."

"NO PARKING!! Sadly I have to give it a 4 stars because it wasn’t clean. Our table wasn’t clean, sticky and salt or something like that all over it and every time we went to the bar order beer, there was either empty glasses sitting there or full beers but not one around and they were not busy. I want to give it a 5 stars, I do! Fair prices on the beers for their quality and they were good beers. And really we did have great interaction with the employees. One of them who was off shift came and talked to us. Obviously we’re tourists…. But I would go back."

"we went here a few days ago, our waiter giuseppe was excellent with us and other customers round, he made the experience unforgettable for all! political, funny and attentive to our needs. eating was amazing, fresh, delicate and full of taste! we sat outside and it was warm, not too hot, no bugs, pleasant, not even noticed street noise! everything was perfect and it was busy inc a huge hen do inside. all in all, I would have to give this restaurant a 10/10 and will definitely return. we spent around £350 for 7 people, meals, puddings and a whole lot of drinks/cocktails/coffees, so I would say good value! thank you."

"We ordered a vegetarian pizza here and it was delicious, even though the base was a little overcooked for my liking so it was difficult to cut up. The service was okay but the person taking the order didn't understand what we were asking for (it was on the menu ... and everyone else seemed to get a metal container with the order in. We didn't and subsequently our order had been forgotten about! Also, it was not clear what the vegetarian pizza was from the menu so we couldn't customise it as easily as we would have liked. It's good to have the short and snappy menus but somewhere there needs to be more info to help customers to choose. We also didn't know where to get the sauce from but it turns out it comes when you get your food Bit confusing!"

"Overall, a very mixed experience. Our server, Antonio, was fantastic! He was funny and entertaining and really looked after us. The lobster pasta was absolutely fantastic as was the tiramisu and the focaccia. However, we were let down slightly as the calamari wasn’t fresh and our steaks were overdone. Would go back but would try different things as the atmosphere and service were great but would want to see if other dishes matched the standard of the lobster."

"The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting with plenty of options to choose from. I tried the vegan breakfast for the first time, including vegan black pudding, which didn’t quite suit my taste, but that’s probably just me! The homemade beans were delicious. The coffee was good, and we received great service throughout our visit. They’re also dog-friendly! The deli/shop has an amazing selection of treats, many of which are vegan. We’ll definitely be returning!"

"This location should, in theory, be 10/10 experience in my opinion.. Wonderful building.. Various parts to it, as in a nice main restaurant, with plenty of seating of varying styles.. A canal right next to it with narrow boats meandering past the location.. So why was our experience dissapointing .? Ok.. Service by staff was hit and miss.. And you can't say there wasn't enough staff on duty on a gorgeous Sunday lunchtime.. In main restaurant.. The marquee extension and seating outside, staff were plentiful.. But if you have staff just twiddling fingers and not watching customers, whether for food and drinks orders,or actually trying to pay the bill at the end of our time there.. Lost count of number of times we asked for our bill please .. Finally , one young lady got the bill.. Then vanished again.. She came back a short time later, and said she has to wait for the card machine.. Seriously, has such a large, well established business only operating a small number of card payment machines that customers have to sit and wait..? After around 10mins, we just got up to walk to one of the various cash till/ screens, dotted around the location.. But here again, we just didn't get served , until a gentleman in a grey polo shirt asked if he could help? Absolutely you can..I said to him.. Can we PLEASE PAY OUR BILL..???? We've been waiting far to long to just pay our bill.. Suddenly a card machine was made available.. Billl paid,we left... The actual cusne was very nice.. Couldn't fault that part of our experience.."
