"I ordered delivery from this restaurant at midday today. The food did not arrive until 2.40pm. The chicken in the chicken burgers was not sufficient to fill the buns. They made a mistake with the toastie filling, so I called them and they said they would send a replacement. At 3.20pm, the manager called my house and initially said the replacement was on its way. However, he then became aggressive towards my partner, raising his voice and interrupting him. He blamed everything but his own business for the delay and errors, even blaming us despite living within the delivery area and paying £3 for delivery. It is now 4.55pm and the replacement toastie still has not arrived. I paid for something I never received and received abusive behavior from the owner. I will not be returning to this place as the customer service is terrible. I am now uncomfortable knowing that this angry man has my phone number and address."

"This is my go-to spot in Falkirk for a quick escape. They recently won an award for being one of the best takeaways in Scotland. "Ordered pizza fish and chips and a couple of supers, delivered quickly a thought great, th3 pizza must have been knocked over the toppings were stuck to the side of the box, chips were stuck together like mush the fish tasted like a frozen one, a will never order from here again. "I have been a longtime patron of Maggie May's. While it may not be a fancy restaurant, they serve delicious home-cooked meals. The restaurant used to be known for having one of the best and largest breakfasts in Belfast. However, recently I have noticed a decline in the quality and portion size of the food. I have had a few disappointing deliveries, so I now prefer to dine in. During my recent visit, I was disappointed to see that the veggie fry was nearly half the size it used to be and now costs £9.50. The quality of the ingredients also seems to have decreased. Despite this, Maggie May's still offers a good variety of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. While I recommend sticking to more traditional menu items, such as breakfasts, chips, and milkshakes, overall the food is still decent. It is important to note that the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible and has only one small toilet at the back without changing facilities."

"The staff at this restaurant are extremely unfriendly. My order was late due to the driver being arrested for fighting his cousin. When my food was finally delivered, it was cold and the chicken was tough. They only offered a £5 discount for the lateness and shrugged off the poor quality of the food with remarks like, "cold food happens." This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering I was the third customer to experience cold food that night. When I tried to address the issue, I was spoken to rudely and hung up on. The owner refused to take responsibility and told me to go elsewhere. I have reported this to Doncaster council and the FSA, as the restaurant already has a low hygiene rating of 2. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment."

"I went to the Sports Bar Grill as it was my birthday and I chose it specifically for its food aspect and with the added bonus of screens for the football. I ordered a burger and a Knronebourg and my wife had the cod and chips and a vodka and coke. We arrived as the match was just ending but that wasn't a problem, after the football finished they put on rock music and I think it was a tad too loud as trying to have a conversation wit my wife was quite difficult The food was really good and the waiter/waitresses were always in attendance, my wife ordered more cokes which came in tumblers rather than half or quarter sized glasses I booked using the tastecard and the bill was only so I added tip and paid and left. After we left I checked how much we saved using the tastecard and it was but I was a bit taken aback when I saw the prices of the cokes which were each which was a bit steep for a tumbler of coke as a vodka and coke was so for another my wife could have had a shot of vodka in her cokes Overall apart from the rip off soft drinks and the slightly noisy atmosphere it was enjoyable hour or so."
