"Visited this morning and was shocked by the lack of Covid safe procedures. Since the recent rule change on mandatory facemasks being worn until you are seated was introduced, we all understand it's a pain but are trying to do our bit to keep each other safe. People were strolling in and around without masks including the server. Yes, there's hand sanitiser available on entry but hardly anyone using it and no track trace being carried out. The place was packed with little or no social distancing especially the queue to be served. Really, it's a potential virus hotbed. No management around to speak with and I certainly won't be returning. Please do something to make this coffee shop safe for your customers."

"You know when you order a beetroot and goats cheese salad and you get some leaves, a few cubes of beetroot and a token sprinkling of goats cheese? Well, this was certainly not that! AMPLE portions surprisingly big with home made rustic bread and full to the brim of goodness, fresh ingredients and made with care. My friend had the omelette and it too was hearty and a large portion as well as being very tasty. We didn’t have room for cakes but they looked delightful! Nice cafe and wasn’t overcrowded despite being a lovely Sunday afternoon. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"Quirky Italian style bistro restaurant in a small brick building situated in a quiet local park in the middle of nowhere, with substantial outdoor seating, serving a small menu of Italian cuisine with an obvious emphasis on quality ingredients. Friendly welcoming service, no protocol here just rock up, order a coffee or something bigger, and chill. Great for coffee and a croissant, local weekend brunch, sitting outside in the park and eating saffron risotto with prawns or sea bream, and watching local life walk through the park. Local art on the walls. This is probably one of the finest decent places to eat in the whole Deptford area, if not beyond if you know it's here. Highly recommended."
