"Having been to Moo previously and as I was passing me and the girlfriend fancied a cocktail as they were advertised for £6 a go on the front window, why not! Went in and told the waitress we were only drinking and she said it...was OK. We sat down and looked at the cocktail menu. Menu wasn't clear what cocktails were £6 each so I went up to ask. Guy behind the bar just said the classics were included so fair enough. Went back to my table, looked at the menu but none were classified as classics so a bit confused went back up to the bar to ask and was intercepted by the waitress. Don't know if she was having a bad day but she was really quite rude and abrupt in advising me that it was actually a restaurant and thus table service and that I should go and sit down and wait to be served. (maybe don't advertise £6 cocktails on the window if your that restaurant orientated and also dont have a bar there if its just a restaurant). Went to sit down (didn't want to get told off again) and chatted with my girlfriend and told her I thought the waitress was pretty spiky. Now looked over to see the waitress serving the table next to us, caught her eye and got a look of a face like thunder lol (if you're gonna be that stressy maybe look for a new vocation away from hospitality anyway when she came over she took our order of 2 porn star martinis. 5 minutes later, the drinks turned up and I have to say that taste of the drinks were definitely as sour as the waitresses attitude. Not a very good balance of taste at all. Much better places to spend your money on brick lane. Thank moo very much!"

"He asked if we could move inside, but the waiter casually responded that the noise was the same in there. My husband tried to make the best of it and enjoy his meal, but the sound continued to be a distraction, so he went inside to see if the staff could do anything about it. They simply shrugged it off, stating that it wasn't their responsibility. My husband expressed that we were paying a significant amount for our meal and wine and just wanted to enjoy our evening without the constant interruption. The manager approached us in an aggressive manner, blaming us for the situation and suggesting we were ungrateful despite being the ones affected. He accused my husband of being aggressive, which was clearly not the case. He offered us the choice to leave or stay, and when the alarm finally turned off, we decided to stay. However, after reflecting on the conversation, I felt increasingly upset. The manager made us feel like it was our fault, and I struggled to enjoy my now cold meal. I suggested we only pay for our wine and the portion of food we had consumed. The manager then insisted we leave without paying and told us never to return. We left feeling embarrassed, angry, and disappointed—this was not how we wanted to celebrate our anniversary. To make matters worse, the manager later found me on Facebook to demand that I take down this review. I can't help but wonder how many others he has pressured into removing negative feedback."
