"Really enjoyed our visit to Munch following the change in ownership and would highly recommend it based on our dining experience. Lovely staff, great service, warm atmosphere and a delicious meal. Though we only had chicken crunchies, burgers and fries everything was served served hot,...fresh and and to a very high standard. The burger was the best I’ve had in a very long time, the chicken crunchies superb and the accompanying salad and delicate dressing delicious. Will definitely be ordering a takeaway during lockdown and ask others to support so we can dine in again as and when they reopen. Nice one Munch, thanks!"

"Our group of 5 visited Cafe Venice for the first time after attending an England rugby match at Twickenham Stadium. It's a 20-minute walk from there, so not much different than a venue in Twickenham town center. I made a telephone booking about 10 days before our visit and clarified that on rugby days, they offer a restricted menu at lunchtime but a full menu in the evenings. Note that there is a good specials menu in addition to the extensive menu on the website. We had booked for 6:30 pm, and the restaurant was busy with many other customers who had also been to the rugby match. We received a warm welcome, and the service throughout was friendly and efficient. For starters, we had dough balls, mushrooms, mussels, calamari, and whitebait. For mains, we had carbonara, calzone, and sea bass fillets, all served with salad or chips. The portions were generous and very tasty, and the food and wine were reasonably priced. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Cafe Venice and will definitely be returning."

"My husband and I visited last night,a very warm welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant, lovely busy atmosphere too. We shared the Antipasti which was generous. I had a delicious ceaser salad and my husband had chilli pasta which was also scrumptious! Only a little room left to share a pudding. We didn’t feel rushed at all which was nice . The price was good considering what we have spent in other eateries whilst away and this meal was by far the best ! Would definitely go back and happy to recommend to friends and family."

"I have been coming to this restaurant since I was in middle school, and I have always enjoyed the delicious food. I particularly love the spicy sauce and the tasty chips. "Booked in here for Tuesday 24th April evening when the weather was rubbish and I had the holiday blues so didn 't want to cook and the added bonus of a Groupon voucher to use also swayed my decision. Parking isn 't great to start with and I 'd guiltily parked outside someones house down from the cinema entrance : We entered for them to address us quizzically and claim that even though I 'd called earlier to book us in with my Groupon voucher reference they had nothing in the diary.. We were seated anyway at a very small table squashed right up at the back we had to 'bump ' passed 3 other tables which I found quite rude to the people sat down. We had no sooner got our coats off picked the menu up then we were pounced on to take our drink order efficient maybe or just a bit too eager? We ordered a bottle of red wine anyway not the house which I thought was a bit steep for a basic wine! and it was brought quick as a flash they then expected us to be ready to order we had only been in the place 8 minutes! The waitress was sent back to us and we ordered the meat antipasti to start, followed by the Gnocchi for me Lasagna for the Mr. We were brought a bread basket when the wine was produced however the butter given was solid clearly not to be used!The bread was nice and fresh though. Again, i didn 't even get a sip of my wine before the food was placed in front of us had it been pre prepared sat waiting to be ordered? The starter platter was to feature ' A selection of Italian meats and cheeses served with artichokes, olives and homemade bread ' the only bread we had was from the initial bread basket and I wouldn 't call 2 olives a selection! The meat was good quality but we felt a tad disappointed overall. We then had to wait 15 minutes for our main! My Gnocchi was nice, if a little bit bland, so I needed to be a bit over generous with the seasoning myself it lacked a bit of bite to be honest but the portion size was good. My Mr didn 't have may complaints for the Lasagna other than it could do with a bit more meat! maybe just a man thing! While we were eating, the close proximity of the tables to each other caused a few 'moments ' with the waiters a full portion of chips lost down the back of a diners chair and a bottle of beer knocked off the table when his bum stuck out a bit much in squeezing passed! Not really what I want to watch when having my dinner. We asked for the bill and sat for nearly 10 mins before I got up and went to the counter to ask again they were in no rush to get it paid either so we took the bill to the counter and paid there. I can see a lot of people are impressed with this place and go back on a regular basis I 'm not won over after this visit however. the tables are too close together the service is either too eager or too laid back where is the happy medium the beer wine list is a bit pricey the menu descriptions are a bit over zealous or they need to actually deliver on the description the food lacked seasoning. From when I observed during our meal, they are not short of business and do a good student trade. I 'm not sure for the 'professional ' couple however they have the right service/food/price quality balance I would be looking for to go regularly."

"This always looks busy at noon, but we went on a Friday night and it was very quiet. The food was not great, the garlic bread was definitely microwave, like my pasta dishes. The pizza was at least freshly cooked, but the toppings were dry. The service was very fast, but let us feel very eager, the minute I finished, they took my plate, despite the fact that my partner still eats! When she took our starter plates, we were asked if we wanted our net or wanted a break. Assuming that our foods are freshly cooked, we now said that a 10 minutes wait or so, but they brought it within 30 seconds. We were in and out in about 40 minutes with a drink, starter and a main thing. Not the relaxed and fresh food we hoped for! As I said, it is always busy on the day so maybe the food and service is better then but I would definitely not recommend for dinner."

"My partner and I have been coming to eat here for about a year now and It is by far our favorite place for food, value and overall experience. We have bought our friends here and will continue to do so. It’s authentic atmosphere and cuisine makes me feel like I’ve stepped into Italy! Sometimes there is a small dip in service for some of the staff if they are very very busy but it’s nothing of too much note. Everything else makes up for it if this happens. The only downside is that we have tried almost everything on the menu! It’s the best restaurant we have found in a long time! Well done everyone at Durazzo."

"We visited the restaurant before attending a show at the Royal Albert Hall. The food was very tasty and authentically Italian. The pizza especially was the best I’ve had anywhere in the UK and the puddings, chocolate cake and tiramisu, were also exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and the service was great, especially from our waiter Yassin. The only (very minor) negative was that as the restaurant became busier, it became very noisy and hard to have a conversation. Could do with a bit of sound-proofing! Regardless, I would definitely recommend for a great Italian meal."

"This is the finest Italian dining experiences I have ever had. Before I mention anything about the food, the service provided by Dina was incredible. I felt as if she treated us like old friends and nothing was too much to ask for. Thank you!...Her colleagues were also great hosts. The menu itself offers an excellent variety of dishes, many staples of Italian cuisine like Carbonara but also many unique dishes. They have a lovely specials board too which I ordered from I had the oz T-Bone steak and it was heaven! I highly recommend the Arancini aswell!"

"Lovely meal with the family last week at Regazzi. We visited after hearing from a friend the new owner is Mido. We highly recommend the mozzarella sticks, lamb chops starter, pollo funghi crema and the pollo milanese. Food was fresh and delicious! It was also nice to see the chefs interested in how much we enjoyed the food. The montepulciano d’abruzzo red wine went down a treat too! Great customer service in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit!!"
