"Please do not waste your time on this place and their incredibly incompetent staff. I made a reservation for afternoon tea for 3. We arrived early and I told the server we were there for afternoon tea. He acknowledged we were there for tea because he made a comment about our table being booked on a 2 top. After 45 mins of waiting (I gave some leeway because we were early) I asked if there was a problem. I was informed that our reservation was canceled. I said not possible as I confirmed the day before and had an email to prove it. After another 20 minutes, the story changed and I was told that I only booked a table, and not tea service. BUT that they could have it ready in 20 mins. I said OK, but reminded him I said that we were here for tea so why A) did you first say it was canceled and 2) not just start preparing the tea service when we walked in. He told me next time I should really just call because the internet booking is not great. I replied that if it is not great then they shouldn 't have online booking as an option then (not to mention the difficulty in placing an international call) . At that point I said we were no longer interested. The final insult was them still charging us for the 2 ginger ales we had while sitting at the table."

If you are gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, this is the ice cream cafe where you can eat anything and everything and, wow, is it lovely? Yes! If you are none of those things this is still an amazing ice cream cafe. There is a crazy wide range of flavours and toppings including fresh fruits and biscuits pieces. The staff are wonderfully friendly and seem highly motivated to stuff your ice cream tub to overflow. There are also gluten free waffles and crepes, rare and delicious. Go here, experience it. "I went in to breakfast. menu looked reasonable and the price too. beautiful decor and all that, that will be nice that I thought. I'll eat. I ordered a latte and a complete breakfast to eat. I sat in my seat and. 30 seconds later my name was robbed. I wanted to gather my little latte and sit down. a couple of blissful minutes went by and my name rings again. I went a little confused to the writing where the young lady introduced me a karton. I told her I ordered my food to eat and asked her for a teller. “We only make teller for cake my lover” was their answer. imagine if I loved him! I returned to my table and opened my breakfast box. now, the fresh microwave foods had been tipped unzeremonially on the box, catapulted by I suspected. most inconspicuous! I ate the speck. I've been telling the other guy a little. decided there was too much to complain and leave a waiting queue. If I wanted to eat from a box, I would have gone to kfc. lesson learnt!"

"Got married here on a Saturday in May and the team here was the best venue we interacted with. Nothing was too much trouble for Alisha, Amy, Louisa and special shout out to Ellie who was delivering shots to the dance floor and started dancing with my cousins! The team made the day extremely smooth, the tables set up the day before in prep which meant we could see it the day before and make any changes if necessary. The mics and ceremony space was all in working order and all our guests said they could hear every word. We viewed so many venues and I had some specific requirements. My now Husband (how weird) was set on this place and I wasn't sure as we were only able to find time to view during winter but he was so right. They let us plate smash, have candles lit at dinner and use every single room for different activities (e.g. beer pong in the greenhouse). They had lots of different spaces which meant the day could be split up and feel like there was always something going on instead of waiting around. We had a set plated menu several guests said it was the best food they'd had at a wedding! The portion sizes were very generous and the service smooth. Mas made sure to save a tray of canapes for us while we were taking photos and at the end of the night Ellie made us a pizza to take back to our hotel room as we didn't have any. We wanted to ensure all the evening guests had enough but there was always more than enough so we didn't need to worry! We were able to leave things there that night and come collect it all the next morning. The team had collected it all and kept it aside for us. During the night we hit our limit for the open bar and they gave us fair warning when we were getting close to the limit. Only criticism was for the tastings, the menu was split into two different days and because we lived out of town it meant we would have had to stay over to try it all which was too difficult so we only tasted half the menu before choosing. Overall, it's a beautiful venue, staff always on hand so friendly. Highly recommend."

"Disappointing. Maybe I chose a bad day but there were a lot of new staff who were struggling with the lunchtime crowd. Took a long while to order, the drinks turned up after the food did (after we chased), the side order arrived only after we had chased twice, the jug of tap water had to be asked for twice and the food was okay but not vey hot. To make matters worse, the entrance door is an automatic one and so every time anyone walked past the doors opened on what was a cold day and made the ambience non-existant and certainly not cosy. Perhaps I was expecting too much from the Gordon Ramsay badge but perhaps he should take his own Hells Kitchen show there and sort it out. In my experience, there are many better burger joints in the City."
