"I had made a reservation in advance for a party of 5 at 2:00 on Saturday, March 30th. I received a confirmation email and a reminder the day before. However, when we arrived at the restaurant at the appointed time, we found it closed with no explanation. There was broken glass and litter outside, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no response. We were left without lunch and had to spend the next hour searching for another restaurant with an available table for 5. This was particularly difficult for me as I have Parkinson's disease and struggle with walking, resulting in pain for the rest of the night. To make matters worse, we received an email the next day asking how we enjoyed our visit, adding insult to injury."
