"Waiting 55 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 kids meals while the place was quiet. Questioned where the food was and ten minutes after the 2 sandwiches arrived and we were asked it we needed anything else told staff member we had ordered 2 kids meals also and they proceeded to come out ten minutes after that. The food that did arrive was basic and not even worth the price or the wait No sorry for the wait, nothing. One young girl working was lovely and polite but everyone else was abrupt and quite frankly terrible. Will absolutely not be returning and will not be recommending to anyone else. Disgusting service, disgusting food."

"Walking home after a long day. Only moved into this area last week so still discovering. Walked past a sign with VEGAN jumping out at me!! LUSH! I walk in to introduce myself and I 'm greeted with such genuine happiness and superb costumer service. I 'm then asked to be a guinea pig for their latest vegan chicken wrap ... I popped in to say hello and left with an absolutely delicious meal and a friendly, yummy place to go in the future (hot lunch after the Lions game tomorrow will be delish! Thank you Bean There! The food was scrummy and you 'll be seeing me again! xxx"

"I have ordered two meals tonight through JustEat and waited for 2 hours for the meal to arrive. The meal did not arrive so I have called Haks only to be greeted with a rude man on the phone stating the food had been delivered....I was confused by this as I've been home all night with the lockdown on effect and had not heard so much as a knock on the door let along the food being delivered. He said there was nothing he could do and that I would need to speak to the delivery driver. He refused to provide any details for the driver however and hung up on me. He seemed uninterested by the issue. I find this extremely rude and unprofessional and have now requested a refund through JustEat. I will not be ordering from here again in future sadly."
