"that was our third job and totally disappointed. it was a late evening, given 45 minutes for the delivery time. after 70 minutes they had to hunt, with the excuse they were “very busy” (everyone tried to call?j. 90 minutes later a poor extradition child was given. his ear bent; and the warm eating was not even the right meal. £20 in the bin .and I know they don't apologize. never again."

"Having visited this take away whilst on business, I ordered a large pizza, was charged £11.95 plus 45p to pay with card. Whilst waiting outside for the pizza to be made, I noticed the advertised price for any large pizza was £7.99. I returned to...the cashier to ask why I was charged more than the advertised price. The manager was called to explain'. His response was, we advertise a price of £7.99 but if you do not ask for that price, we charge you £11.95. Quite astonished and expecting some form of apology along with a refund for the difference, I was met with an argumentative manager' who simply asserted it was my fault for not asking for the advertised price! I demanded a refund and sadly had to find an alternative take away (which turned out to provide a better service, product amd price). Very disappointing indeed!"

"After relying on big-name pizza chains for years, we decided to give a local pizzeria a shot. We ordered two 18-inch pizzas for £12.99 each, along with some garlic bread. We ended up saving a lot of money while enjoying a delicious, fresh pizza. The garlic bread was also fantastic. The delivery driver was friendly and courteous. "I ordered chicken from this shop last week. I will never, ever eat here again and it has really made me rethink about where I eat from. My drumstick was dripping with blood when I bit into it and when I showed the man he said it was probably just an artery and appeared to feel that was OK for me to eat, which makes me query their food standards. The man gave me some wings instead as I refused to eat what I had and all was OK (altho at this stage I was put off my food), when I ripped open the wing I found all wet blood in it. I threw the food in the bin and was worried for 24 hours if I'd be food poisoned. Luckily my health wasn't affected however, as stated I won't ever eat here and from now on I'm rethinking where I eat. My health is worth more than a cheap meal! I am concerned with the other views that this place is continually under cooking foods!"

"I found this restaurant to be unexpectedly pleasant! The pizzas were very large for the price paid, especially when compared to chains like Dominos and Pizza Hut. It can be difficult to find unique vegetarian pizza options, so I was pleasantly surprised to see some different choices on the menu. We were truly satisfied with our meal, the pizzas were delicious and generous in size. Despite having a large appetite, we still had leftovers at the end of our meal. We will definitely be ordering from here again!"

"So I went to place my first order and was very disappointed by the service and quality of the pizza. It clearly states on the leaflet buy one and get one free but apparently that’s not the case, I was told that on the 18inch the offer is not available and was also told that Margherita price is higher than that stated on leaflet , I questioned it and the guy couldn’t find it written anywhere on the leaflet so basically I ended up paying for two pizzas !!! So much for the offer lol.... i did point out that the leaflet offer is very misleading !!!it’s my fault, I should have stuck with Dominos, cheese on these margaritas is really cheap , tastes like plastic, I’m afraid I won’t be going there ever again"

"We went to eat out. As it was a nighttime, not many restaurant are ope. As it was near at our hotel , we went to express pizza. The waitress are friendly and efficient. The food and pizza are delicious and tasty .the place was full even it’s after 8pm. May be because it’s Saturday. I cant comment further As we’re satisfied with everything."

"I ordered kebabs from this restaurant for a change from my usual Chix Mex or Charcoal Grill. I was told it would take an hour for delivery, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I tried to contact them after 20 minutes past the expected delivery time, I found out that their phone number (01256 333444) was invalid. I had to get a JustEat customer service representative to contact the owner, who kept insisting that the driver was only 10 minutes away (it ended up being another 25 minutes). When the food finally arrived, it was still hot but tasted quite artificial and processed, like it came from the frozen section of a supermarket. While it wasn't terrible, it was just passable and didn't compare to other kebab places in Basingstoke in terms of taste and quality. Overall, I probably wouldn't order from here again and would advise others against it. You might not even receive your order. Stick with Charcoal Grill for delivery or Joe's kebab van at the South Ham Industrial Estate if you're going out - both are much better options with reliable service."

"Just ordered pizza from them, normally order it from Kingswood who serve the most delicious pizza that makes you love pizza gogo, unfortunately this store city centre) is nothing like that, pizza is so soggy and oily, chicken wings taste so bad and oil is dripping of it. They don't add some of the toppings as per your order, I tried to contact them but the person I spoke to doesn't care at all, he has zero customer service in his blood, not listening and not taking comments/complaints into consideration. We couldn't eat the pizza or the sides today and they ruined our family takeaway day. Will never order from them or order it for loved ones ever again."

"We enjoyed a delicious pizza made by Mr. Mussa at this restaurant. We ordered a 16-inch pizza with half Chicken Valley special and half Meat lovers, which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and polite. The fried chicken and chips were also tasty. The prices were reasonable for the area, and we even received a 10% discount.
