"My wife and I went here for an afternoon tea. The surroundings were pleasant and the staff were attentive. However the place is let down by the food. Finger sandwiches were not enough bearing in mind we had spent £50. Probably no more than 4...slices of bread used for the 2 of us. The scone was nice and the cakes on the top tier were average. However after spending £50 on 2 people you shouldn't still be hungry. Served filter coffee also which I thought was poor."
