Went with a large group of friends and we were all very impressed especially by the quality of food and the encapsulating environment, aswell as the exceptionally kind staff who served us, nikki and scott

Beautiful venue with not only efficient staff but who were genuinely friendly too. We were greeted like old friends as we enjoyed a wonderful selection of cocktails in the summer sun. A special shout out to Nicola who as always, went above and beyond. Thank you

As per cheshire post, it's says it's undergoing 250k overhaul. The truth..... The Home office has paid for the full use of the hotel for Migrants. WE WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN..... We only support our brittish buisnesses, not government sell outs who are helping the down fall off brittain !.

We used a voucher for an Afternoon Tea, as it seems to be a popular choice at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested and carelessly placed our food on the table without checking in on us. The ambiance, which looked appealing online, appeared fake and tacky in person. The flamingos and fake ivy were particularly unappealing.

We booked a table for pre-dinner cocktails for a friends birthday on a Saturday afternoon . We had a really enjoyable time, the venue is really unique and has a great atmosphere. The range of cocktails was good and the staff were really accommodating and super friendly. Thank you, the visit here made a memorable afternoon with friends. Would recommend

Used a voucher and was very easy to redeem online to book date and time. Easy to find and welcomed at the door. Decided to eat afternoon tea outside in covered area. Lovely decorations very unique. Excellent afternoon tea, very tasty and good portions. Lovely China cup and saucers for cups of tea. While there a thunderstorm and torrential rain occurred and staff were very quick to ensure we were moved inside and given a further pot of tea so felt very well looked after. Would recommend and will return.

I left booking a table for my birthday celebrations quite late and in hopes they had a table left, messaged the Secret Garden on Instagram, they got back to me and booked my table. Upon arrival we were greeted by numerous members of friendly and happy staff and we were shown to our lovely table where I was given a birthday card and told to order a drink on them which just added to the night as it was a lovely, unexpected touch. There were four of us and we only had drinks but stayed there for hours! It was great service, amazing drinks, helpful staff and a lovely setting! We’ll definitely be back again! Thank you

I have to say this is probably one of the nicest Sunday lunches we’ve had for a long long time . Pâté and filo pastry prawns we had for starters were amazing as was the roast beef and the roast pork we had for the main course . With the Groupon deal you could only have really the carvery which I didn’t understand as some of the others on the menu were cheaper !! anyway , that said no real issues the mains were fabulous. The place was really busy and had a good atmosphere . The service from Ryan and the others was great and nothing was too much trouble , we most certainly will be back Groupon or no Groupon as it was that good . After looking forward to using our voucher kindly given to us. To our dismay we were sadly very disappointed. After serving a tea a coffee then a cake stand of what we can only describe as unsatisfactory food,there no contact from staff at all. There were two finger slices of sandwich portion,the bread was damp to touch,a wrap which was wet with tuna filling. The éclairs had warm sloppy cream inside. Shop maroons. Scones were very dense. What appeared like a form of pork pie was hard and very dry. All must have been prepared hours before we arrived and not kept refrigerated appropriately.
