"After looking forward to using our voucher kindly given to us. To our dismay we were sadly very disappointed. After serving a tea a coffee then a cake stand of what we can only describe as unsatisfactory food,there no contact from staff at all. There were two finger slices of sandwich portion,the bread was damp to touch,a wrap which was wet with tuna filling. The éclairs had warm sloppy cream inside. Shop maroons. Scones were very dense. What appeared like a form of pork pie was hard and very dry. All must have been prepared hours before we arrived and not kept refrigerated appropriately. We had to attract staff attention for another tea and coffee. Unfortunately our experience was appalling. Our Afternoon tea did not resemble any of the photographs shown. We left After about 30 minutes. Other customers did arrive and were offered an Afternoon tea menu we can only assume this was a different selection and hopefully a better standard of food and not on a voucher offer. We didn't eat the food as we were disgusted to the point we may have been unwell afterwards. We would not recommend to buy a voucher for anyone."
