"This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving a traditional Sunday roast, paired with an excellent selection of real ales. It’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday in Clapham. During the warmer months, the high street is closed to traffic on weekends, creating a wonderfully inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and do a great job of making you feel at home. As a family from the Northeast, we can be tough to impress when it comes to Sunday roasts, but this meal made us feel like we were back in Newcastle. We shared the roast platter, which functions like a personal carvery, allowing us to fill our plates just how we liked. When we couldn’t eat any more, they kindly offered to package our leftovers in cartons, which is a fantastic way to support the #LoveFoodHateWaste initiative.
