"It was a beautiful day and we took a last minute decision to find a spot for lunch, this was the only Restaurant we found locally that had availability. The only slight criticism was the time taken to deliver the food on the table, but as we were not in a hurry it didn 't matter too much, however what arrived was of exceptional quality for Pub Grub and well beyond normal expectations. Reasonably priced options were available and desert to die for. We couldn 't not fault the food in any way shape or form and could compare favourably to some London Restaurant 's we have eaten in. Well done to all at the Ship we shall return for sure."

"Fantastic pub and restaurant. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. All the food was amazing, the steak was out of this world. The Garden was lovely with perfect views. Also kids really enjoyed the play area. Would highly recommend."
