"This will not be first time at Cottons, been to other branches where service and food was excellent. This one was very poor, we arrived without a booking and was told only seats outside were available which was fine as it was a lovely day. However, the tables were dirty, orders were wrong, kept bringing someone else's drinks order over and over again. Food came, no cutlery, waited a while then approched the manager inside who's reply was we do not set the tables outside. I get that but bring cutlery with the food then.... we were also made to pay first whilst placing our order because apparently people have done a runner from outside tables before. The food was shabby and definately not worth the price... to make matters worse we were under charged less £4.00, the manager came and kept asking for it with machine in hand which i felt was very rude, then he said he didnt have any change when we presented a £10 not but we insisted and he eventually came back with the change."
