"Although the food is delicious and we are frequent customers, today's service was disappointing. We felt deceived. We requested extra Wasabi Ginger, but they did not include the appropriate amount in the original packaging. They assured us they would add more, but when we got home, there was none in the packaging. This happened just 5 minutes ago. This was for my daughter and I was truly upset. My advice: Do not use the collection service, never rely on the staff, and always double-check to ensure they have included what you asked for in the order box."

"Upon trying dishes such as oysters, tuna tataki, a mini unadon, karaage, and agedashi tofu, I found them all to be disappointing. The fish and seafood lacked freshness, and there was no option for rice or miso soup to complete the meal (curiously, there is no rice on the menu). The waitress even suggested thinking of the food as Japanese tapas, which I found to be a stretch. Teishoku, or set meals, should be recommended to diners for a more satisfying and cohesive dining experience. The restaurant's fusion of classic and modern dishes, such as fried Brussels sprouts reminiscent of a Japanese Wetherspoons and high-end wagyu donburi next to oysters, is confusing and lacks direction. The highball drinks, while a nice touch, are overpriced and seem unnecessary. Overall, this restaurant needs to reconsider its menu and pricing, as it reinforces the misconception that Japanese cuisine is overly pretentious and complex. The focus should be on preparing quality dishes that showcase the best of Japanese culinary traditions, rather than offering a confusing mix of options."

"Second time I've been to Eat Tokyo (Soho) and I wasn't disappointed. Food is tasty, and big portions for fair price. The single disappointment was the staff not being very friendly and kind of rushing us to leave. Also on Google the restaurant closes at 23 but that day they were closing at 22 instead. But overall good experience and good food."

"As a regular customer I'm really disappointed as I've got food poisoning after ordering from you (through Uber eats). This is the second time . Frist time I thought it might have been something else what I ate but now I know it is the RIN food. (Sushi, Chicken katsu, chicken teriyaki ... Really disappointed, spent lot of money and in exchange the food I've got was not safe to eat! I will not order again and I would advise others to avoid it too!"

"I went here for my birthday with a couple of friends. My friends brought cupcakes for me and asked the waitress if she could bring it out after we had eaten. She agreed and wished me a happy birthday, as did all the other staff in the restaurant when they brought us our food! The food was so delicious, and afterwards the staff played happy birthday on the speakers and brought out the cupcakes with candles! All the staff were super kind and attentive, we even had a few complimentary maki, I imagine as a birthday gift! I had a very special birthday celebration as well as amazing sushi and would definitely come back :"

"Delicious, so many options and the portions were huge. I had a build your own bowl and it was really yummy and there was so much I couldn 't finish it. Staff were friendly and helpful.
