"Loved being the operative word. Always experienced a fantastic service where I was always happy to travel an hour round trip to collect take away. Unfortunately, I recently ordered my gluten free noodle box to find that my clearly labelled gluten free box was in fact not gluten free. I have coeliac disease an auto immune disease where I must not consume gluten. My compliant was dealt with awfully on the evening however, I put this down to the supervisor (who has no authorisation to do anything) too afraid to speak to his manager. An email complaint sent after being advised to I would hear from the manager within 24 hours, 72 hours and still waiting. Mistake I can understand, not caring about your customers I do not understand."
