"- terrifying service. Cause for my low rating...a table on opentable for a business lunch were booked, we were told when we turned to the restaurant with our customers that, although they could see that we had booked a table on opentable that they had no tables available and that we had to go to another place. this booking was made 2 weeks in advance and at no point had called the restaurant to say that they had no availability as they had our booking in advance. Instead, they were completely unapologetic. with the customer in tow we had the embarrassing situation to find another restaurant in a week before Christmas, which is not possible. absolutely not what I expect from a restaurant with a call like aviary"

"I ordered a few pizzas from this place. The quality of the pizzas keep going down hill. Im a regualar, have ordered here for yesrs, so they have made good buisness frome me and my family ,however i have had on going problems with them giving me the wrong dip. I called up and said i got the wrong dips , and she refused to offer me a refund on my next order (of just over two pounds! and bascially said that they were not wrong, basicalully calling me a lier. I had all my family try it and they all said it was not right. It had no rosemary in it and as im a regular i order this dip all the time me and my family know how the dip tastes like. I even invited my neighbour road and she was like 'juke what is that! That is not garlic rosemary! ' A couple of quid they could have refunded me or they could have said we will put in two free dips on your next order, knowing im a regular customer, but they instead would rathrt loose a regular customer, and get bad reveiws all for just 2 quid! They have terrible customer service, the customer is always right espcially for just 2 pounds!! The pizza quality has gone down and i think this has been the last draw for me!!!"

"Made the mistake of eating here tonight. Surprisingly open instead of the usual excuses of staff. Ordered first of three couples. They were all served before us and waited untill they had finished before we got our order and when questioned this the waitress 'Kitsty ' was rude stroppy and unhelpful. Completely in the wrong job as has zero customer service manners or class. She said that the manager had looked into it and you didn 't wait that long but he couldn 't be bothered to talk to us. When asked for his name was told no chance. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. Mediocre food and bad bad attitude!!!!!! "eating was great, the setting is great the food arrived immediately so that they could ask themselves why only 1 out of 5 stars. the reason is simple. I don't appreciate seeing her waiter running around with his underwear on the show while I eat my food. train their employees properly when they work and represent their institution so today I returned to meating room with my wife and children who receive an email from the owner. I can only say I was impressed before eating and the atmosphere etc. and today I can add the service was impeccable. smart dressed happy smiles personal made the trip that is much more pleasant. eating as before was served quickly and tasted super. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family as a great place to eat"

"Visited Bella Italia in Burton for the first time today, the place was very clean and we were greeted at the door who was very accommodating. We were a group of plus a year old across two seperate tables, the tables were clean and a high chair was given to my Neice. Tap water was given to both of our tables which was nice. Lots of choice the menu but a couple more Vegetarian options would be nice for the pizza even have a Calzone option too for vegetarians. We could only choose from Margarita and a Fungi Pizza. Everyone tray enjoyed their meals, the children's menu which my Neice had the portions were extremely generous, the pasta i think an adult would be happy with! courses for her for and that includes a refillable drink, very impressed! The dessert part of the meal and waiting for the bill did take a long time, one of the adults wanted to have a dessert but my Neice was given hers way before a menu got to us. Apart from that and the waiting time for the bill it was a nice experience and our server (servers as they changed shift half way through) was very nice!"

"that was nice to eat. but it was very busy and they didn't have enough staff. they did the best they could and hastened to serve everyone as quickly as possible. it took 30 minutes until our drinks come and were missing extras on my mother's meal. was so busy my mother said not to worry, but take it out of the bill they did. should have been more personal for bookings. was more business than normal due to the performance at deco. but would have had to know from the bookings that more employees were needed."

"No record of booking on turning up, therefore no allergy on record. Staff inattentive and largely absent. We were shoved in a corner next to a wall. Forgot my half of the drink order; I asked for coffee and they brought out a cafetiere with just water in it. Food came out well into booking time, items removed (not substituted) because of my allergy even though I flagged it on my booking. Toni was great in checking in after and boxed up what we felt we couldn't eat because we had run out of time. Wasn't sure what to expect price wise because it's not clear on the website but have had much better teas for that cost. It's a shame because we hadn't been before. Is the missed booking because you take from multiple booking sources? A bit disappointing, we probably won't do it again."

"Probably the worse carbonara I had ever had to date. I’m a good cook and I can literally make a pasta in minutes. It’s the easiest and quickest to make. But his place don’t cook it when you order. It tasted like it was put in a microwave. Seriously guys, about £15 for a small plate of carbonara like this is an absolute ripe off!!!! At least have the decency to cook it fresh and properly. Mine was undercooked and the meat in it will likely get me sick later.i complained in a polite way as I believe constructive criticisms is essential and the couple sitting near me heard me and said their pasta was bland and disgusting as well. I was whispering but she must have heard me talking to the waitress which was not my intention but it’s a small place By the way the seating near the gents toilet has a dead spider on the wall and filthy. Please have the decency to clean the place a bit as well. The walls need a paint job. The last time I visit this place. If that’s customer experience I’d hate to see your kitchen. Pizza and pasta are literally the easiest things you can cook. Also the most profitable as just flour with a few extras. I was expecting a lot more from this chain. No idea how you are still in business. Even Jamie Oliver can do it and he’s no chef and closes the majority of his places down once the public discovered the guy can’t cook either. This area has many tourists and his is likely why you guys are being lazy. Please get your act together and hire people that can actually cook a simple dish that takes minutes for an average person to prepare. Unacceptable."

"As summer is fast aproaching the hearty desserts like Jam rolly polly is put to one side and makes why for the lighter while still flavoursome desserts like Crepes and pancakes. I must confess I 'm more of team 'pancake ' than team crepe and for those cynics out there believe me their is a difference. However a certain little Brazilian Creperie may have changed the balance in this regard. Senzala based in the heart of Brixton Market is an inviting small restaraunt with friendly staff and with so many restaurant competing and vying for customers, it is very impressive to see Senzala is always bustling with customers and standing their ground. What is so impressive about Senzala is the options, it can 't be just considered a place you go after a meal for desert, it could easily and most of the time has appealed as a place to go and enjoy a caipirinha or two (which they have a strawberry version, worth a try) and enjoy the many options from tapas to salad to savoury crepes consisting of cheese,Italian sausage and peppers (the godfather) to sweet crepes (sweet sin) grilled banana, Belgian chocolate,splash of rum and ice cream all rolled into one flavoursome dish. With the option of eating inside or out and staff that will tend to your foody whims it most certainly a place to check out. "We are loyal customers and this cannot happen again to anyone! My pizza got delivered by eastern European looking men I gave them pound as my meal was they passed me straight away a little pre-made bag of and which...when I first looked only had a about p worth of change in I ran out to their little black Renault clio looking car and said I want my change please they then became agressive towards me. I said I would ring the manager they then got a fiver out and Said take this and don't ring the shop I said no as then I wouldn't have paid the correct amount for what I ordered all I wanted was my correct change! They then we're agressive to me again they shouted abuse at me and wheel spun off from outside my house. I have all this on CCTV."

"So what can I tell you about this establishment. I walked in at 10:30 is two of my oldest friends who’s I haven’t seen for 5 years. I’m greeted with cold shoulders and zero communication. From the outside it looked like a warm welcoming pub. But no. I walked in and me and my friends are told last drinks have seen served. Now I understand a pin having worked in the industry for 10 years. The staff saw me and my friends walk in and in my opinion saw us and thought no that’s more work and ran us out of the pub with bad attitude and rude answers."

"I have dined at the hotel's restaurant for the second time. My dining companion and I both opted for the three-course pre-theatre menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and flavorful food, as well as the smooth house red wine, all for a reasonable price of £24.50! The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning art nouveau decorations and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is a good size, with a cozy and friendly feel. The table service was attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring we were well taken care of. We have already decided that our next meetup will be at Amba Grosvenor Arms. My friend, who arrived at Victoria Station, was able to easily access the hotel through the station concourse without having to brave the heavy rain outside."
