"A lovely and different evening out for two bubbled friends. The menu was sensible in length and our choices well prepared and presented. The Ox Cheek was a good main course choice and the treacle tart delicious whilst the chicken terrine and ham hock starters were both very tasty. We ate in the Great Conservatory which was beautifully lit to show off the architecture at its best. Dress warmly as the space is huge but rugs are available as back up to the heating. Service was friendly but it took ages to attract someone to get the bill and we did have to get new napkins as those on the table were really damp. My nephew went to lunch in an igloo last week and his family loved that, especially as their baby and his pram fitted and the baby wasn't disturbing other diners. Signposting to the entrance from the car park could have been a lot clearer so arrive in time to hunt it out! Well done to this business for such a creative idea in the time of COVID. Do support this if you can."

"Originally booked an afternoon tea for 4 people. We got there only to be told that they were not serving afternoon tea at that location so I'm not sure why it allowed me to book it? Glitch on OpenTable or on the events behalf, I don't know. We then had to order off the lunch menu. Food was very average but very overpriced for what it was! Glasses had old lipstick stains all around the rim. Floor and table were filthy as if they hadn't been cleaned the whole time the Igloos had been there. Would not recommend or go again unfortunately."
