"My previous review of: Nice atmosphere, good food attentive staff, made a great evening, didn't come to that expectation level this time, except for Kacper who welcomed my wife I to the restaurant served us through our visit. Wanting only main meals to share from the menu, the spaghetti prawn dish was lovely, the wife was pleased we asked that the chillies came separately! On the other hand the pizza was dry sparsely accompanied with tomato, cheese or pepperoni resembled trying to eat cardboard. We asked for the pizza to be re presented with an expected covering, only to receive it back to our table with a few globules of cheese scattered on it! Okay, we ate the middle of the pizza, with a little help of some mayonnaise left the rest. While a waitress collected our plates, we informed her that the pizza was awful not to standard To our amazement she laughed walked away!!! We did eventually speak to Kacper, who had been aware of the situation we accepted his offer of refunding the pizza. We were assured that the level of our pizza was not up to their usual standard, but looking around it seemed to be exactly the same as other pizza diners were receiving! There is no shortage of tomato's, cheese or pepperoni, as far as I know, so why skimp on what you serve to your loyal customers? It definitely won't be pizza, we'll be coming back for!!!"

"Five of us went for a late lunch on Saturday, and even though the restaurant was busy, we only had to wait about five minutes for a table. We all ordered different dishes, and everything was delicious. The staff was polite and friendly. This was our second visit to this wonderful restaurant, and we were not disappointed. We have tried other pizza places, but Prezzo remains our favorite."

"Fantastic (safe) family Christmas meal at Prezzo Cheam. Lovely staff were taking all the right Covid precautions and we felt extra safe as the restaurant was almost empty. Wheelchair access was easy as the restaurant is totally level. Gluten free pizza and garlic bread were...very tasty and safe. Would have been nice to have more dessert options, but in the end I was too full anyway. The others in our family told me they enjoyed their delicious looking meals to. Recommended."

"REALLY GONE DOWNHILL Will never go here again. Ordered the garlic pizza bread starter with mozzarella and onion chutney for delivery so cost to deliver. The size was not even half a pizza and you can clearly see it was at the beginning a very small pizza base, then cut in half. Excuse? Am extra £2 as that’s then a sharing starter. Look at the mozzarella on the close up…. Maximum 1-2 teaspoons. I was so angry I drive to the restaurant to show them. The replacement was still small vs previous over the years and just a joke all round"

"I have had many positive experiences at other branches but this Prezzo is one to avoid. It was busy as it was half term (but it was about 2pm). We only had to wait a few minutes before a woman came to seat us but she was interrupted by a very abrupt man who barked, How many? at us. Everytime she came over, he server kept touching me on the back/shoulder with her hand and I kept moving my body away. I eventually had to ask her to stop after the third time but she still did it to my husband as we were paying. The starters and pasta dishes were fine but my husband 's saltimbocca was very thin and over cooked, the cabbage was wet and floppy and the potato looked like it had been heated in a microwave, not roasted al forno as described in the menu. The sauce was incredibly watery. They did replace this meal but then we didnt get to eat together. A really disappointing experience. "Booked to come here to celebrate my Birthday with family. Have to admit, I haven't visited here since before 2019, my expectations were exceeded. They were most accommodating, due to the fact that some of my family members sadly became ill, so could not attend, however after informing Fiume, they were most gracious adjusted our table dinning requirements accordingly. The restaurant was very busy, however, that certainly didn't detract from the excellent attentive service that we received. From our starters of Crespella Ai Funghi E Salsiccia, to our mains of whole Seabass Flambe Di Gamberi, our food was superb, along with the very attentive waitress that looked after our table for our food drinks. It was quite a night, due to the fact that there must have been at least 6 other Birthday parties celebrating there, which was unusual to experience so many, . . just shows what a popular Italian Restaurant this really is. Thank You to all the staff chefs Fiume Italian Bar Restaurant, for making my Birthday celebrations an evening to remember. We'll definitely be back very soon."

"Prezzo is definitely one of the better High Street Italians, and this outpost in Canterbury did not disappoint. The interior was bright and cavernous with a mixture of booths and tables, and even though we were eating relatively on a Saturday night, the place was full, so definitely worth booking ahead. I started with Pumpkin Arancini, which for a starter was very filling – three big balls of pumpkin risotto rice served alongside a mayo dip with a decent hit of truffle. I followed this with the Aubergine and Burrata Pizza – a big ball of creamy Burrata atop a generous size pizza covered with aubergine slices with pine nuts and basil. I could not fault either of these two dishes. As we had a voucher code for a free dessert, we was not going to say no ! This was the only slight let-down as the Orange Cheesecake had no discernible orange flavour at at all and the accompanying orange segment were straight out of a tin. Service was good throughout Overall though, would recommend for solid food at a reasonable price"

"I had a fantastic experience at Ricci's. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for ambiance is because it was quite cold inside. Many customers had to keep their coats on, which was a bit disappointing. It was one of the coldest nights of the year, and I think they should have turned up the heating. Despite that, I still plan on returning because the food at Ricci's (and Ricci's Tapas) is the best in the area."

"Not the best meal we’ve had at prezzo but wasnt awful. Manageress seemed moody , offered parmesan but seemed miffed when we said yes. Pizza and pasta were good. Had a really nice peach mocktail. The best ever chocolate cake was awful, more of a really dry torte that i forced down. They had no vanilla icecream so limited dessert options. Our server was abit too chill tbh. Asked if we wanted dessert menus and he forgot ‘yeah i forgot guys i wont lie’ l, honest i suppose but his vibe was very unbothered."

"This Italian restaurant offers delicious Italian cuisine. The only downside was that the surf and turf lobster portion was small for the price. The service was excellent with a rating of 5 out of 5. I dined in for dinner and the price per person was between £60-70. The food was rated a 4 out of 5 and the atmosphere was also rated a 4 out of 5. I would recommend trying the steak and lasagne dishes."

"Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. We entered and asked for a table for two having booked 30mins before on opentable using their 50% off selected dish menu. We were shown to our table, and let the owner know that we had the offer. From the offset, he rudely replied saying that we asked for a ‘table for two’ instead of stating we had booked on the website and so therefore the offer isn’t valid. He then said that we couldnt have the offer as we booked our table on opentable too later for the offer which is not stated anywhere on the website. He then showed us the dishes where the offer applied. He offered us a special starter ‘Caprese’ which we ordered (not included on the offer), a bottle of wine, a risotto(ingredients were not shown on menu) a pizza. We were happy with the starter and let the owner know. This was then followed by our mains. The risotto came and my friend asked if there was any seafood inside the pasta as he forgot to mention his severe allergies to seafood when we were ordering. As there were prawns inside, we let them know and apologised for not clarifying before ordering. He rudely responded saying that most people know that the specific risotto contained prawns we could keep the dish and still pay for it. He refused to believe that my friend was deathly allergic to prawns kept it on the table. After 10mins and a lot of prompting he took it away and replaced the dish. The bill came the caprese was £21. This contradicted the menu price of the caprese on the opentable website which was half of this. The owner refused to explain the price it was labelled on the receipt as ‘special drinks’. We were not charged for the risotto but we were charged for two mains and an indecent price for the starter. With extremely rude/difficult service throughout the meal, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The quality of food did not even justify the despicable service and I strongly encourage others to not go to this restaurant."

"Was quite disappointed by this place.Never been here before,was walking by while on holiday and had a quick glance at the menu and the Calzone pizza caught dad's eye as it said it was the"Chefs speciality"then I noticed lots of Veal choices so thought we'd give it a go.The restaurant itself was rustic and charming and service was good.Then the food came came out.Dads Calzone was OK,but not memorable then my Veal came out,it was advertised as a milanese(I thought that came with pasta)Out came 3 of the smallest pieces of Veal,although well cooked,with a side salad and potato wedges and at £27,was hoping for a little bit more for my money.Dont get me wrong everything was tasty BUT overpriced."

"This is a very mixed review. The food at Rabia 's is excellent and we 've dined there before. But we will never go again. The payment and leaving processes at the end of the evening was ugly and unacceptable. It turned what had been a lovely dining experience into a poor one, one that I will long remember, but not at all in a good way. First, I noticed a significant difference between the itemized bill they gave us at the end of the meal and the credit card voucher that they process. There was no explanation, but when I asked (after waiting several minutes to get the server to come over, even though there were few customers at the time), I was told it was a 4% 'credit card fee. ' I 've never had this at another restaurant and it was not stated either on their website or even on the credit card voucher. Second, and even more costly, when we got to our car at the Haymarket (Parcel 7) Garage, they said our parking slip was NOT validated, even though staff of Rabia 's had told us twice that it was. I tried to call the restaurant that we 'd only left 10 minutes before and just got put into their voicemail. Again, they were not at all crowded. When I talked to the manager the next day, she denied any responsibility for anything. Her attitude was an immediate 'not my problem, ' to everything we discussed. Too bad. A restaurant with such an unwelcoming attitude will not last long."

"Amazing service. Lovely ladies made the experience very personable and we felt at home. She made us feel like our own kids. Not to mention they backed up the experience with even better food.
