"to start Service was Impeccable and atmosphere warm and inviting, my prawn starter was nice and presented well and I enjoyed it, then came the main chorizo carbonara which didn’t look cheesy or creamy tasted so bland and then to add to the tasteless plate of pasta, I found 2 pubic hairs in it, one of which was found on my fork after I had put a portion of the pasta in my mouth, I was absolutely horrified and immediately stopped eating it, I presented the hairs to the server and they said they would give me a free dessert and replacement pasta dish which I refused because I felt ill, so they offered to take main off our bill which I appreciated, but I’m sorry I will never risk returning to this branch again"
