"We booked breakfast via this website and turned up on time. We were ignored initially by staff and when we did speak to them, they seemed flabbergasted that we were expecting breakfast and had to check with the chef that he would continue with breakfast (even though people were being served still). They didn’t seem to know they took online bookings. This is fine, things happen, but the staff were very rude about it and we were made to feel uncomfortable. Clearly, the chef was unhappy as the other diners (I assume guests) said we had caused trouble, which added to our unease. One of the waitresses did not speak one word to us the entire time and the other waitress was clearly annoyed when taking our order. When the bill came, it had a service charge included to boot! This is probably our worst dining experience and we will not be coming again, which is a shame as we’re locals."
