"Went in for a drink following visit to Hampton Court. Prices unclear on Menu so before ordering a meal for myself and friend we ordered a sausage roll for my husband who only wanted snack to give us idea of price and quality. It arrived looking ok about 2” x 2” with bit of watercress £6.70. Could have used it as cricket ball hard and chewy sausage meat with no taste. Consequently my friend and I eat elsewhere. When asked if food ok by bar staff we told him it was awful and he just replied sorry about that."

"I booked the Grove for lunch with a friend. On arrival the bar man walked us through the various seating options and we chose a sunny courtyard out the back. The menus were prompt, the drinks and food too. We ordered selection of small plates from the starter sides choices adm were not disappointed. Everything fresh, interesting and served with a smile. We will return!"

"This is actually 0 stars for all but won't let me select 0. Sarah the so called manager today on 30 sept 2023 is the worst I've ever come across and does not know what customer service is. Dropped our drinks and blamed us and would not replace them and then when I wanted my food order refunded as the service is do bad she refunded the wrong table. Hasn't got a clue and has a terrible attitude. Plus they suspend online ordering when it's not even busy because they are so bad and cannot cope. Also it's packed on match days by west ham. Fans and would be empty without them but cannot sing and create an atmosphere. Absolutely awful pub and the food is pretty poor too. Always cold and greasy and very unappetising. The photo uploaded is the appalling so called manager. Most definitely in the wrong job. Had no clue and as yet still no refund in my acct for the food order I cancelled. Totally ripped me off. Will be complaining to head office though I'm sure they wont care either. Never in my life have I ever been treated so appallingly. update on this. so i paid £9.33 for my pizza with extra toppings added. she refunded me 3.91. Someone please tell me how she got to that figure."
