This restaurant is a great spot to relax with friends, with a great atmosphere and energy. It was packed with people, making for a lively experience. You can't go wrong with a place like this!

Absolutely appalling service and cold, inadequate food. The manager was rude and aggressive when we tried to discuss issues with the standard of food and service etc. We've been there before but will never go there again

Like all Wetherspoon pubs, this is a place where you can get a meal with a drink included for a decent price. But this was the first time ever that I was served a hamburger with the plastic wrapping not being removed before grilling, but served on my plate. The restaurant is in a good location and is a large pub with affordable prices. However, the tables were sticky and it's unclear when they were last cleaned. There were small flies flying around the drinks all night. The toilets were dirty, with the toilet door and toilets themselves in need of a deep clean. I would not recommend this pub. The staff were efficient but not very friendly or welcoming.

Having visited many spoons across the country this one is one of the worst. You don’t expect A1 service, but the place looked like it needed a good clean. Been ignored at the bar four times was annoying, but this was only surpassed when I went to the gents to find a turd on the floor (which was still there 30 mins later on my second loo trip). We all know spoons is good vaule, but id give this one a miss.

REVIEW I want to approach this from a different angle: looking at my fellow reviewers’ use of the English language (all of whom -by definition- have visited or continue to frequent Spoons), the question arises: how would anyone in their right mind want to frequent these pubs for any length of time anyway?? It says no frills not no standards, our standards experience with food here was nothing less than appalling , firstly first to be served had no cutlery brought and he had to hunt a staff member down to ask for some, one of us had sausage and mash and the gravy was a thick lumpy mess. My burger was simply just that with a load of pickles packed on the top no salad or anything . If it’s that no frills reduce your prices. I asked the group marks out of 10 for food at a Wetherspoons the reply was it would be a minus figure.

Came in as a group and couldn’t be seated due to people taking up larger tables with smaller parties leaving no where for us to sit after half an hour of waiting then sat down to order food and drink , my drink took 20-30 mins to arrive and then my food after 45 minutes still didn’t show up and so when I asked for a refund the staff where very unprofessional and made me feel like it was my fault that the order didn’t come ,they then also proceeded to not give me the money back and send it to my bank, usually I will always stand by a weatherspoons as it’s cheap, fast and friendly service but this weatherspoons in particular was not any of the above I am very very disappointed and shall not re...

This is actually 0 stars for all but won't let me select 0. Sarah the so called manager today on 30 sept 2023 is the worst I've ever come across and does not know what customer service is. Dropped our drinks and blamed us and would not replace them and then when I wanted my food order refunded as the service is do bad she refunded the wrong table. Hasn't got a clue and has a terrible attitude. Plus they suspend online ordering when it's not even busy because they are so bad and cannot cope. Also it's packed on match days by west ham.
