"The young lady who served us at the restaurant was very welcoming, but it seemed like she was overwhelmed as we had to consistently ask for things. Unfortunately, we never received the tap water we requested with our meal. Additionally, we had to ask for steak knives to cut our steaks and even had to request ketchup, which only arrived at the end of our meal. When we asked for the bill, we were given the wrong one and had to request the correct one from our server.
We ordered the bone marrow sides, which we found to be overly salty and lacking in lard, instead containing a lot of pulled beef, which was unexpected. This was disappointing, as I had enjoyed the bone marrow sides before. We mentioned our disappointment to the server, who apologized for the issues."
