Never has fine eating so unpretentious, relaxed and lively. the atmosphere is bubbling and buojant, because everyone has their own unforgettable time. for delicious British modern cuisine, which is presented locally, beautifully and with aromen that they go mmmm, then aquashard is not only the highest restaurant in Europe, but it is highest in my fine culinary experiences, of which I have privileged, many have had."

"Visited for brunch for my Mums birthday this weekend. The food and wine was lovely, Caesar salad was outstanding. The views and decor in the hotel and restaurant are fantastic. What really made the trip was the service we received, all staff were so polite and even brought out a slice of cake for my Mum which we appreciated so much. Downstairs Derek, on the reception took lots of photos of us and gave us great information about London and how to get about. Will definitely be back the next time we visit!! Thank you so much for a memorable lunch for my Mums big birthday!"

"Had lunch here yesterday. What a gem. Please book, always busy by the looks of it we were in Chester for the day. Staff where very friendly the interior is quirky and lovely. Had the vegetarian breakfast was delicious, was also great that tea is served in a pot with china cups and you get more than one cup out of the pot. Had a delicious dessert too and an espresso Martini with a shot of hazelnut. Delicious the best I have had. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Chester to eat here was lovely. Will definitely be returning again."

"Just as the same experience as Scarlett (Soho) over staffed lack of service. The waiter whom served us was very dazed and didn't take attention to what I ordered the other staff were chatting amongst themselves rather than providing our drinks. Than we found out that a dish we ordered wasn't available which wasn't even stated til all food got served."

"We had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant, with options suitable for both vegans and omnivores. Although the menu was limited, there were still choices available. Unfortunately, there were no desserts listed, though it's possible they may offer a vanilla ice cream option. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The vegan mushroom Wellington was delicious and cooked perfectly, though it may have been slightly salty, perhaps due to the rich gravy served with it. Overall, we were grateful to find a place where our family could dine together without any difficulties."

"This place is great. I love brunch, and have tried a few places in London, and this is one of my favourites so far! The waiting staff are all lovely and attentive, and food was served in good time a tad on the slower side. The menu itself reminds me of a standard English brunch, but with a twist. Dishes include more exotic ingredients like pomegranate seeds, chillies, paratha, coal sourdough the list continues. I got the Fancy Bacon Roll, which tasted absolutely delicious. I could have had another plate! We also shared a French Toast which, again, tasted great and the textures were perfect. Coffee was also well made. I'd definitely recommend, and will be back soon!"

"My partner and I were looking forward to our meal at The Green Room Restaurant on 28th December. I had booked a table well in advance on line and upon arrival we were immediately advised that they were tight for tables. One table was right up against the side of the bar, another next to that was just at the doorway entrance and the other was available in the room next door, which we obviously chose. The menu choice was very good and the two main meals we had were excellent (with extra vegetables which were good portions). Service, however, was very slow for, I would say, everyone in the room, although we realise both rooms were busy at first. My partner ordered a dessert following his meal, but after about 20-25 minutes wait (we were the only ones in the room by this time), we decided to cancel it and pay as it was getting late. The waitress had not sent the order through to the kitchen and was of course very apologetic and did offer to have the dessert brought through which we declined. She said to her colleague that she had done it again and her colleague at the bar deducted the cost of the two soft drinks we had had. Whilst I would probably visit the cafe of the hotel, I would, unfortunately, not return for a meal at The Green Room. The room we were in was very plain and did not live up to our expectations."

"This was my third time going to Passo but first time dining inside the restaurant and the vibe/atmosphere was friendly and relaxing, and nicely decorated. I originally had the booking for the week before but I came down with the flu and the staff were incredibly understanding on the day and moved my booking for the week after. The service was great and quick we got a starter to share between the 4 of us so we could try the dish, so the server added an extra piece on the dish so we could all have one. The dish did not disappoint definitely order the Mac Cheese balls! The food is reasonably priced for where the restaurant is situated (just outside Old Street station), and good portion sizes! I love a hearty and filling pasta dish and it did not disappoint 3 of us went for the seafood linguine (so flavoursome). In the Summer, I went here for a bottomless brunch in the terrace and it was a fun/lively atmosphere with bottomless negroni and pasta! Great spot for date nights or dinner with friends/family!"

"My boyfriend and I had an absolutely brilliant evening here for our anniversary last week (mid October). The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the ambience was just delightful. We arrived an hour earlier than our booking and enjoy some drinks on the roof of the boat. As it wasn't busy, we were able to be seated 15 minutes earlier than our booking which made the night go more smoothly. The food was served quicker than expected (about 15 mins if that), and was all presented very nicely. We ordered several small plates to share. Everything was divine! I would just like to point out for other guests, in case they skim over the menu as we did; the sweet potato chips are HUGE. You only get about 4 or 5 and it looks like the entire sweet potato has been slices long ways with the skin. Yummy but we didn't even eat half so I wouldn't order if you're not absolutely starving. ALSO: the regular chips are cooked in duck fat. As a vegetarian I didn't order this, but I did pinch some of my boyfriend's chips, as every girlfriend does, only to realise a few moments later what I had consumed... again still yummy, but I wish I had known beforehand. Could not boast enough about how amazing all the food was!! The cocktails were delicious. I enjoyed a french martini and a rosemary rush, the latter had a particular kick I'm still mouth watering over even a few days later!! The dessert was impeccable. We got the chocolate ball as did everyone in the restaurant, and it did not disappoint! That was plenty between two people. It's also quite romantic to share too. But being us, we also ordered the yogurt meringue delicious!! As we had such a great conversation with the manager and mentioned it was our anniversary, he didn't charge for our desserts! We were so touched, we are hoping to take some friends back with us soon. Would definitely 1000% recommend this fun little find. Also it is only maybe 10 footsteps from Paddington Station! Definitely a date night to remember."

"I begrudge having to write this review, however I am appalled by the service (or lack of) from the red lion. I’ve tried to contact them several times and have been ignored, which is especially frustrating since the manger replied to a review a few days ago. We made a booking of 20+ for my partner’s birthday in June. Although the food was lovely, the service was not. Firstly, we were left waiting a while for the food even though it was preordered. Secondly, each person had to go to the bar to order drinks as staff did not take orders from the table even though it was on one tab. They were clearly understaffed on the night, considering the size of our party. Thirdly, there was an issue with the preorder of desserts and some people did not receive a dessert and were not informed until the rest of the group had theirs. The lady dealing with this was also quite rude and did not offer a resolution. Finally, there was a dispute about the bill and I’ve emailed the manager several times as some items cannot be attributed to anyone in the party but have not received a response. Emails were sent on 28/06, 03/07 and 15/07. It really is a shame as we’ve been here before and enjoyed the food, but it is safe to say that none of the party will be returning and the customer service received is unsatisfactory. Again, I would have been happy to resolve this but feel forced to write a review due to the lack of response."

"God I love this place. They put SO MUCH in your flatbread wraps it’s amazing. Quick service, can eat in or takeaway. Even having half the wrap will fill you. They do two different hummuses a day; plain and a guest one which has ranged from jalapeños, curry, tomato or caramelised onion. So many salad options; red/white cabbage, Jerusalem salad, chickpeas, corn, peppers. So many sauce options; sriracha mayo, garlic mayo, hot sauce, tahini, mint yoghurt. They do plain or herby falafels."

"I have been to this restaurant twice in the last month, despite living in Leicester! I absolutely adore this place, I can't find any faults. The food is amazing, the service is great, and they are so accommodating for children with a small indoor play area and an excellent kids menu. The staff are lovely and friendly. It was so nice that they were able to cater to different food allergies and dietary requirements. Yesterday, the cherry on top was their wonderful breastfeeding policy - I received a complimentary herbal tea as they saw I was breastfeeding my daughter. Thank you so much!!"

"My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The food was subpar and overpriced. To make matters worse, our waitress started crying and was eventually replaced by a waiter who tried to push drinks on us at 10 o'clock on a Sunday. The music was excessively loud, creating an atmosphere more like a bar than a dining establishment. Additionally, the restrooms were not clean. Overall, I cannot recommend this place."

"The Stable in Bournemouth is located just by the gardens, in a very nice part of the Town. Getting a table by the window you can have a nice view over the main road. About the food, I can say that I was satisfied with the pizza that I ordered. I was actually positively surprised that it wasn't a bad pizza as many others I've seen around and as a sourdough pizza was actually very tasty. The place was not very clean and I didn't like the local cider that I've got, but in general I can consider my experience at the Stable pretty positive!"

"love the location, and the ambience of the venue- the food was faultless and very tasty I was there with friends for an evening meal.....it was perhaps a little quiet, but very good for conversation without shouting at each other to be heard. My only criticism is that perhaps the waiting staff need a little more training in the customer service department not overly knowledgeable about the food content and how spicy it was, and quite difficult to attract attention .
