"From arrival lovely customer service, polite with smiles all around, staff were very welcoming and friendly.. Whilst seating Antonio’s has approached in a polite manner asking what drinks we would like and when unsure has asked what our favoured drinks were to help recommend with a brilliant knowledge of cocktails taking dislikes into account. The only thing letting this down from being 5 star was issues around cleanliness. On initial appearance looks clean, As you walk into the bar from the hotel lifts, you can see the material shredded and draping from under the seats, also down the side of the seat cushions left over food snacks, cocktail sticks protruding sticking out, could do with a clean between cushion areas. Also during breakfast staff blowing their nose in public then placing the tissue on the used plates awaiting to be taken out and then continuing to serve customers and laying tables."
