"I have to say I was somewhat disappointed with my meal. While the starters were fantastic, the main course didn't quite meet my expectations. The chicken was tasty, but it was overwhelmed by an excessive amount of cold yogurt poured on top, which caused the dish to lose heat quickly. My dining companions also felt that the starters outshone the mains, which included calamari, a mixed platter, and moussaka. Others we know have raved about their meals there, so perhaps we just visited on an off night. Would we go back? We're not certain. It felt quite pricey for what we considered to be a mediocre meal."

"The ambiance at this restaurant is pleasing. However, we noticed that our orders were taken after another couple that arrived after us, so the service could be more attentive. The breakfast we had was delicious. While the menu didn't mention an option for turkey speck, they were willing to add it to our order or replace it with something else when we asked. They also offer soy milk as an alternative option. One negative aspect to note is the restroom, which definitely needs improvement. There was black mold on the walls, the room was very cold, and we even saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor, with the kitchen located right next to it."

"here for Christmas moms. beautiful restaurant, but on a Tuesday evening at the beginning of December was in the grunde empty, only one table taken, although another table later taken in the night. presumably in comparison to bogaz in the moulsham street and eating was just as good. this restaurant is located directly in front of the actual center of chelmsford, but is recommended to visit."

"Fantastic!!!! Staff really friendly and even gave me complimentary dishes as I had gone two days in a row. Can't fault anything. Only complaint is that the portions are too big; don't eat anything before visiting as you will definitely be full. Highly recommend this awesome place. The £21.99 platter is a real good deal. You get the hot and cold meze starter, platter of meats with rice, dessert of your choice and tea or coffee. The second time I just had the mixed grill and that too was good value at £12.99."

"This was our first time visiting this restaurant. It was very busy for a Sunday, which is always a good sign. We were warmly greeted by the staff who allowed us to choose our preferred seating. The menu was presented nicely and we appreciated being able to see the dishes before ordering. We decided on the mixed grill, which featured a variety of kebabs. Our favorites were the lamb and chicken wings, all of which tasted delicious. We had so much food that we ended up taking home two large containers. The prices were very reasonable for the generous portions. I would be surprised if anyone left this place feeling hungry! We will definitely be visiting one of their other locations in the future."

"I've been visiting this restaurant for a long time, but I have to say I was very disappointed this time. The staff were not wearing face coverings. When we arrived, the tables were spaced more than 2 meters apart, but then they started moving them closer together, leaving less than 1 meter in between. Prices have increased, portion sizes have decreased, and they now add a discretionary 10% service charge to the bill, which isn’t a great way to attract customers right now. I’m not sure I’ll come back again."

"Zeugma is always great! Sometimes it gets a bit busy and noisy but for good food i don't mind. Their chef and staff is very friendly Nd I hope the chef gets a very good pay because the lamb is so well cook. "I know, that the owners of this place don’t fancy any review which does not say how perfect everything is. And I know they will fight back writing nasty things. But I think if they could listen a bit they could get a point of growth from the feedback. We are regulars at their other branch – Little Georgia Islington and this is an amazing place with lovely hospitality and warm hearted people. I felt in love with the culture amazing people of Georgia share and the owners also made picture perfect and very cosy picture of this same culture on Instagram. In reality it is very different and although they have same name these restaurant are completely on the opposite ends of the spectrum. I felt ashamed, as I brought a friend from Georgia there, we had a company of 9. Food was very average. To be fair – chachapuris, knhinkali and some mezes were good, but lobio and badrijnis were blant. We specifically asked, if they do Mtsvadi my friends who have been here warned me, that it is definitely not mtsvadi on the charcoal, but some strange dish). But I asked the waiter if this was the real thing and he told all of us that this is real Mtsvadi. I have tried it and it was awful oven baked pork with mayonnaise!!!??? My Lord. This was a pure lie straight in our faces. Besides staff was arrogant, uninterested and rude. Some members of staff clearly miss proper hospitality training taking away plates from your nose and when your turn the food is gone and acting like big bosses of the place who just tolerate you. Despite the fact that on the website it says that the companies over 8 people can stay for 2.5 hours not regular 2 hours) we were unapologetically told to pay and leave, as the waiter said “there is other reservation of 8 is about to come in 10 minutes and this is their rule” so the info on the website is contradictory). 10 minutes prior to that he sold us 4th bottle of wine. No sorry, no empathy just money! I forgot something in the premises and return after we left approx 30 minutes later). The table only had 6 people, not 8. So another lie potentially. Our Gerogian friend was pretty shocked and said he is ashamed of this. Our bill was over 600, we paid over 60 in tips I regret this a lot. If they would have treated people nicely I would have not written this review. But the lie in the face clients are not stupid), mediocre food and very poor service made me want to warn others."

"We went to this restaurant as a large family after a nice day out for Eid. We usually eat at Turkish restaurants and ordered a mix of BBQ, doner and very overpriced kids meals (nuggets and chips £8.95? . Compared to other restaurants, the appetisers were very small and four adults having to share one very small portions and the salad had no tomato and very dry. We had to constantly ask for things from very uninterested waiters, including Turkish bread and water. When the food arrived: the adana kebab were very small, literally half the size of other restaurants. The 2 skewers put together would equal one elsewhere. the lamb shish only 4 small cubes? very small portions of chicken doner for THAT price all the BBQ meals did not have anything next to them apart from the meat and chips no salad, no onion, no grilled tomato Also, the menu says each meal has mushroom and this was not provided. To top it off, we were given a piece of sweet and asked if we wanted tea and we said yes. A minute later, they came back to tell us there is no tea and would take 25 minutes and we felt like we were being kicked out of the restaurant with the way it was said. Since when does it take that long to make tea? When we mentioned to the waiter, the reply was 'I gave you more than enough ' This was an awful experience and ruined a very enjoyable day for us. This is not cheap and we will not recommend this to anyone."
