"Visited Aug ‘22. I absolutely should have reviewed this at the time, I loved this food. Not hugely familiar with Bristol but this did seem to be a bit off the beaten track – though I’m not a local. I only knew about it through word of mouth. Was super impressed with the lovely interior and the unique menu. The menu has changed since I went, but I think I shared the Koocha fried chicken burger (blue bun), sweet potato samosas, kotlet (mince/potato patties in a mint chilli salsa), gaymeh (aubergine yellow split pea stew) okra fries. I had the Turkish delight chocolate brownie for dessert. My only criticism was that this didn’t really taste like Turkish delight, just a regular brownie. I think it was reasonably priced the staff were lovely. I also loved the live plants on the wall. Updated from previous review on 2023-02-20"
