"Absolutely gutted been coming here for years and always rate the burger 10/10 hence always order the same thing. But tonight burger was burnt was replaced but similar to previous burger. "I have visited this restaurant many times and the staff are always very well-informed and willing to answer questions about cross contamination. I have never gotten sick from eating here, and I have been going 1-2 times a month since being diagnosed with celiac disease last year. Additionally, they are one of the few places that have confirmed using a separate steam wand for dairy and non-dairy milks, so I feel confident in ordering a cappuccino here."

"We're here yesterday with our 5 and 7 years. they made the children half the pizzas for half the price of a full who were more than enough for each of them. my partner had a full-sized fish pizza that was amazing, and I had the chicken ktikka breast salad. everything was made fresh to order and was absolutely delicious. there are not many places where someone on the slender world ends as satisfied and as full as the pizza eaters in their party, but this place has made it! service was fast and pleasant and nothing was too much annoyed. the canteen would be highly recommended and can not expect to visit again."

"Came here for lunch with a friend I hadn 't seen in 30+ years. Small wait for a table, but shown to a table by a gentleman and given menus. He failed to explain that you have to place an order at the bar, although asked if we had any allergies, so we talked for a bit expecting waiter service. We both ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and chips this was £9.50 plus £2.75 for fries. The good came out reasonably quickly. The Philly was supposed to be brisket with onions peppers and cheese. Not much meat in it and oddly it had red kidney beans in it. Whilst not allergic, I 'm not keen and noticed that the "brisket chili was also on the menu. All I can think is they must use the same mix for everything. To me it was poor value at £13 for a sandwich and fries. It was very busy so it must be popular, but there are much better cafes with better value in Lichfield Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"I have visited this restaurant multiple times over the years and used to spend time there planning special occasions since it's conveniently located and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I recently returned for lunch with friends, and it was just as delightful as I remembered. Their gluten-free options are outstanding—it's the best place for me to enjoy the foods I love again. The service is consistently excellent, and the quality of the food and drinks is brilliant."

"Firstly this is not something that I would normally do, but was just so incredibly disappointed by our experience tonight 27/10/23. Took mum for a birthday meal(85), she loves it here, but the restaurant was absolutely freezing. If we wouldn't have had our outdoor coats in the car, there would have no way we could have stayed with mum. All the customers were complaining how cold it was with the poor waitress having to constantly apologise. One couple had managed to requisition a small heater from somewhere and had it plugged in near their table. The food was lovely, as always, but very quickly became cold before we could finish it. I felt so sorry for my mum, as she kept apologising for asking to go there,. As i say, food was good but evening just ruined by lack of heating."

"on Friday evening and twice for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, the ascent went to dinner once. we came to dinner at wit our dog and sat on a table for enough space for our dog between. to lay the tables. service was good and personal attention. we ordered appetizers and nets and desserts. not a huge menu, but much for all nutritional needs. the whole food was really nice to say with nothing negatiw. no hurry to go for us considering that it was a Friday night. so to breakfast. the farm and field had breakfasts at any occasion with coffee. both were really nice, though you could have been a bit warmer on Sundays. prices for all foods are really good. the personal was friendly and we had no problems with the service. we will return"

"The food, as always, was outstanding. The large haddock and chips with curry sauce was spot on. My wife decided to try the two battered Mars bars with ice cream for dessert, but she recommends sharing; it's just too much sugar for one person to handle on their own. "Came here for lunch with some friends who had been before and recommended it. And we're very glad they did! The menu is nearly all pancakes (sweet and savoury) And it's a very good selection of choices. I had the Superlux (smoked salmon, cream cheese) on 2 crepes and it was very nice. A very large amount of salmon and cream cheese in 2 large very tasty crepes. My wife had the English stack (bacon, sausage, egg, beans and mushroom). Again on 2 crepes and was very nice. Our friends both had different American pancake options and enjoyed it. All the food was a good portion for the price. My only issue was the milkshakes. Over £5 for a milkshake that wasn't especially large. We had a coffee and also a Nutella milkshake. They were both very very thin and if they had ice cream in there was no sign of it. Didn't taste anywhere as good as it should have been for the price. Someone needs to go to five guys to see what a proper ice cream milkshake tastes like! Would definitely come back for the pancakes but wouldn't waste my money on the milkshakes."

"I visit regularly every 2 3 weeks. It 's a lovely environment and there 's always plenty of space (never had a problem getting a table, ever! . There 's always a great selection of cakes, sausage rolls, etc you can also order from their menu. The people taking the order at the front are always polite, helpful and efficient (never had a bad person yet! . The food is always delivered super quickly (unlike some places that can take an age! , and is always of super quality. I have tried other Honey Harvey 's such as the nearby Woodbridge one, and they are nowhere near as efficient. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it."

"An absolute rip off for one of the worst fish and chips I've ever tasted. Certainly the worst on the east Yorkshire coast. The large haddock was a joke. Call it a large?!! It was slightly bigger than the two small fish I purchased. Complete daylight robbery. All of our fish was overcooked, dry with horrible batter. Chips were ok but very greasy, curry sauce flavourless. To top it off given one of them terrible nasty wooden forks that are a pain to eat with. Additionally there's no kids menu so my five year old understandably could only stomach not even half of the swamp of a small adult portion. What planet is this shop on? Disgraceful"
