"Food was lovely but service very slow and had to ask for drinks menu several times . Child's meal was served on a very hot plate and peas were in a cast iron pot which was also burning hot , this could have caused a serious burn to a child . I asked for a cold plate which when the waiter brought it he said its slughtly hot but that is the coldest one we have . ???. Breakfast in the morning was very unorganised with stocks of food running low and took a while to be replenished . Had to ask several time for red and coffee . I have stayed at Airth before and would say standard of service has dropped considerably ."

"Enjoyed a lovely Sunday dinner, with starters and dessert. Service was ok, staff friendly and polite. Cannot really fault anything apart from the bell from the kitchen for service. It is far too loud and interrupts the whole ambience. It wouldn’t stop me from returning but did get annoying after a while."
