"I don’t normally write reviews but has to for this experience. We were looked after our entire time by Sumaya who was so hospitable and kind. She made sure we were tended to at all times and even was able to make some last minute changes for dietary requirements that I had forgotten to mention prior to the visit. Overall the service made this the best experience. My friend and I had a really lovely and relaxing time. Would def recommend for afternoon tea."

"Good food and nice flavours. Superb views of Canary Wharf. Only let down was that the service was ok there were seemed to be no co ordination or pattern between staff. It felt rushed as if they wanted to churn us over and get us out, although half the restaurant was empty. For example the waiter would ask us if we were ready to order; we said no. And then another waiter would ask us again 30 seconds later. Another example we wanted some extra time to peruse over the wine list but the waiter asked if we were done with the wine list and took it away, without asking us what we wanted to drink. The service seemed impersonal. For a restaurant doing fine dining; it lacked the personal touches and service that those other restaurants offer."
