"I don’t normally write reviews but has to for this experience. We were looked after our entire time by Sumaya who was so hospitable and kind. She made sure we were tended to at all times and even was able to make some last minute changes for dietary requirements that I had forgotten to mention prior to the visit. Overall the service made this the best experience. My friend and I had a really lovely and relaxing time. Would def recommend for afternoon tea."

eating was really good. only 2 waits and waits to refill tee. When the scones arrived, the tee was cold, for the third time in the meridian, but not back. better experiences before.

for afternoon with the family. a lot of space, quiet, so could just chat. that was delicious. our waitress, humaya, was great. she explained everything clearly and nothing was too much annoyed! would recommend!

Probably wouldn't go back... Cafe had multiple full tables of suited professionals having meetings. There were no other afternoon tea tables. Food was lovely and the tea/coffee options were good. Service was brilliant. Not great ambience...
