"Booked for Christmas dinner with friends and family, had to do split booking due to large party, sent an email and booking note requesting placement together. We tried to call on several occasions but no answer. On the day, though the restaurant had so many empty tables, but the front desk staff still split us up saying can’t place together. There was delay right from the beginning, taking the order, serving it and the quality. You can see one of the staff not sure if he was working in the kitchen aswell, looked so tired and drained, apologised for the delay and service. The food had to be returned as it was half cooked chicken, still pink inside, salmon order was not processed at all but declined cancellation and served later with apologies. Kids portions were too big, lot of food waste. They didnot bill for the returned food but the experience was not as we expected it to be. We did see people complaining and walking out as the food was not meeting their expectation. We cancelled our waitlist for Hilton as this was confirmed, wonder how the day could have been. The hotel looked bright and welcoming but restaurant did not meet the expectations unfortunately."
