Great place, service a little slow but the food was amazing

A very nice spot at a convergence of streets in the Fulham area. A great spot to have a drink and eat a snack to share. It is very enjoyable to see people passing by and the great movement there is.

The foccacia with the red pepper tapenade was toasted white bread. The negroni was served in a fancy contraption but it eventually tipped over and spilled on my dates dress. We had to ask for tap water three times when all we wanted was to use it to dab off the stain on her dress.

Came here recently for brunch on a warm London afternoon. We sat inside but the big windows were open so it felt like outside. Food was delicious (English breakfast and eggs Benedict) and our server Angelina was lovely. It also wasn’t overly mobbed like some of the other places in the area. We would definitely recommend! We have been coming here for several years, the service is the best, they give 110% Nothing is too much trouble for Umberto and his team, they are all passionate about their work and they are great fun, they personally always want to ensure you are happy with your choice of cocktail. Nico and his team are equally passionate and always ensure, our experience is unforgettable! I have never seen such a great team at work, I love it when they changed shifts, they greet each other hugs, genuine respect! Whoever employs the Botanist team, it a great judge of character, they all rock! Thanx

Today we just came inside for a hot cocktail and truffle fries the manager he was having a fake smile on his face he bring a fries without truffle even didn’t apologise, after I asked for. Hot Penicillin cocktail he said ok and he bring a cold one , ireturn the cocktail , in a very rude maniers he offer another 2 cocktails and he said if u will not liked it what u will gonna do , at the end he bring a irish coffe without a whipped cream on top and spoon , and giving a bad attitude and maniers and our table like he was my guest not me , I been before and I liked the place but this time was very bad and I was disappointed Don’t know his name but was with glasses and wearing a suit!

Bad experience, the worst in London and for me it is very rare because I I am very attentive when I choose a cocktail bars or restaurants. I came with my husband last Wednesday and we definitely decided to not come back again. We lost time , a lot of time and money and after that , we opted for anothr cocktail bar nearby, beter experience in terms of customer service. We popped in, none approached us, none greated us, none believes in the importance of Eye Contact especially when you are busy, understaffed and customer has to wait.
