"I went to this Delhi Wala restaurant yesterday with my family Monday 9th Nov 2015. The service was absolutely appalling, followed by the food. We ordered 3 paneer dosas, when they came out it had grated raw paneer,, with no masala flavour, I thought it was supposed to be an indian dish, obviously not!!! they argued with us. Then they said we will order you the masala dosa, when that came out, it was plain with nothing in it. They said the chef got it wrong. "We are Flavour of India's oldest customer. I can say this because we have been visiting it since it opened at least once a month throughout. We enjoy dining in as the ambience is very attractive and food is traditional Indian. But the service has gone down tremendously. The people who serve are nice but the kitchen isn't able to deliver food out on time. The main reason is takeaway orders. The restaurant is packed but the kitchen is over busy with delivery orders and they make the guests suffer. So there is no chance you will get good service on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings. This is my fourth experience in 3 months alone. Today, we ordered 2 dishes and Rotis, received one dish with rotis and waited 25 minutes for the second dish to arrive. In the meantime our Rotis went cold. So, don't know how they expected the waiters to make us happy when we were struggling to get all the food on the table from the kitchen staff. If they can't handle delivery they need to shut it off. Or I guess they don't care of lossing loyal customers. For them Quantity (more orders)is important not quality( satisfied customer service). Even another guest complained is front of me for waiting 40 minutes for main food to come. He asked them to cancel the order. So, not a good service from the kitchen staff."

"3 rd visit to this restaurant with the current owners. Both previous times very good attentive service and excellent food. However on this occasion although food excellent as always the service was far worse . Restaurant was very busy with a one large party. Order was taken promptly and although there was a longer wait for food I could understand that. However after the plates were cleared I was expecting to be offered face wipes not offered! Also no one asked if we would like any dessert or coffee! One person behind the counter seemed more interested in chatting to a pair of dubious looking guys who were drinking at the bar. Customer service was not great and eventually managed to pay the bill and left. I’m afraid that I am not planning to return based upon the customer service on this occasion and would certainly not recommend it to anyone. Sad really as the food was excellent!"

"I order food yesterday specially said 2 times don’t put too much chilli in curries bcoz my child have to eat the food, it’s so spicy when I said them that staff was so rude said bring it back we fix it. They don’t know how to treat a customer if u get something wrong with food normally restaurants staff or manager etc said sorry we make u new one we apologise but they said we put some double cream in same curry and fix it wait for 5 minutes, so unprofessional Not recommend at all .
